Get away from it all at this adorable beach house in Fort Morgan. Just steps from the beach, this home was fully remodeled in 2020 and is new to the rental market. With new flooring and no carpet, it’s a great pet-friendly option (with Signature Properties' approval). Up to 2 dogs allowed, under 25 lbs each.

Your Day at Sandpiper
Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise. Spend the day soaking up the sun in this quiet beach community, just steps from the soft white sand and clear emerald water—dolphins are a common sight. In the evening, unwind in the outdoor living space, complete with paved parking, a large shower, picnic and sitting areas, a mounted TV, and a grill—perfect for dinner, games, and relaxation after a beautiful beach day.

All You Need for a Perfect Stay
This three-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps up to ten guests. The king and queen bedrooms offer cozy retreats, while the bunk room, featuring a twin-over-full bed with a twin trundle, is perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Each bedroom includes a smart TV connected to Dish satellite for entertainment.
The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and a coffee station with both a standard pot and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional space for three at the bar. Just off the kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience.

Pet rule is as follows:
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

It was perfect for our family of five. No problems except not being able to work the tv’s. We communicated with the management company and they were very helpful. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked but the skillets are all small. That being said, there are several skillets. Not very many forks, that is probably the only thing the kitchen needs more of. There are baking pans, air fryer, crock pot, waffle iron, mixer and blender and all worked well. Make sure you bring dish and laundry supplies as there is only 1 load each of the soaps there. I also always bring extra kitchen towels as we go through them pretty fast. There are 2 kitchen towels and rags there. The beach wagon is great for going to the beach. We brought our own tent which was great. Bring chairs. It is very close to the beautiful beach and an easy walk!

Perfect for family and friend getaway
We enjoyed our time at the sandpiper! It was perfect for our families and was just a few minute walk to the beach! The outside area was probably our favorite! Perfect to relax, grill and hangout after a Long Beach day!

Great getaway
It is a great house very close to the beach. The downstairs was an additional area that was nice to sit and watch tv, read, and enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for quiet family beach trip
We were looking for quaint and quiet - Sandpiper nailed that. We had 3 adults and 2 small children (6&3) and the house was just the right size - I wouldn’t suggest too many more people than that. It was a close walk to the beach - the wagons provided by the property were perfect getting all our supplies out. And huge plus that the sand shower downstairs has hot and cold water! Fort Morgan is away from the hustle of Gulf Shores and Orange beach, but close enough to get to the action…

We had a wonderful week at Sandpiper. Truly enjoyed hanging out below in the swing in the evenings. The beds were all very comfortable and the entire house was accommodating. It was perfect for our family!

Family vacation
The pros: so close to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet. Lots of beach equipment to borrow. The downstairs area was great for family. Naps on the swing were wonderful. We noticed sheriffs patrol here and there which is reassuring. The cons: if a property is listed as sleeping 10, there should be more than 6 towels and the water heater should be big enough to fill more than half the bathtub with lukewarm water. I specifically asked if there were bed linens for the trundle bed and pullout sofa, the management company replied that there were. When we arrived there was a twin fitted sheet for the trundle. No top sheet, no blanket, and nothing for the pullout sofa. I texted the property management company back and they never responded until it was time to remind me about all the checkout rules. I understand it’s a beach house, but we were not expecting sand all in the pullout sofa. The house was not very child friendly. The front door in the living room didn’t lock from the inside and our tiny human loved the freedom of being able to open the door himself. We weren’t as pleased that he could bolt put the door whenever he wanted. The charcoal grill was tiny, we didn’t even bother using it.

Spring break early in March
It was a nice place to stay but I would recommend it for only 5-7 people. The trundle and the sofa bed didn't have a cover, only a sheet. There were some cold nights on our stay so it would have been nice to have those covers. When we open the sofa bed, the mattress cover looked dirty so we decided to have the person sleep on the sofa instead. When we first walked in, there was a dead cockroach by the sofa that I quickly got rid of before the rest of the family walked in. I didn't see any other thank goodness. We had to buy a bucket in order to mop because there was nothing on the property that we could use. The communication with the property manager was great and quick via text. That was so convenient. We did have a plumbing issue and they took care of it right away. We didn't have any issues after everyone was told not to flush toilet paper. Something else that was convenient was the keypad. It was great to be able to check-in and out. The keypad to downstairs storage was not working properly and I didn't know that until we were putting things back into the storage. It was nice that they had bikes and boards there available. It was clean but it felt like no one had been there in a while so we definitely did our own cleaning the next day and we swept and mopped very thoroughly the last night. I noticed that the fan that was on the dresser in the bunk bed room was very dirty. I didn't notice it until the last day when I turned it off before we left. If I had seen that I would have gotten a swifter. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone.

This location is perfect but the home needs some TLC.
We couldn’t have had a better time in Fort Morgan. We were looking for a relatively safe place to take a vacation during the pandemic and Fort Morgan after Labor Day checked all our boxes. This home is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The location is perfect. That being said, the home needs some maintenance. The laminate flooring is gapping, bowed, and coming up in places. There are gaps around the perimeter of each room which just become sand traps. It definitely does not appear to be professionally laid. The dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly (missing screws into the cabinet frame) which caused it to fall and hit a houseguest more than once. Just so grateful it didn’t hit my child. The drains didn’t drain well so showers quickly became baths. The railing on the stairs is loose. For the price this rental charges, I honestly expected more. The management company was quick in their responses and seemed good to work with.

Close to the beach!
The property was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. If you are a family that enjoys cooking, this is the place for you. If you would rather go out to eat, it’s a good 30 minute drive to restaurants. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor shower and patio area! There’s only one thing that we should’ve brought and that would be bed sheets for every bed. The sheets were very low quality so make sure to pack your own if this is a deal breaker for you. Otherwise, it was the perfect place for our family vacation!

Beach vacation
We were really excited about our first out-of-house vacation and were optimistic that this was the perfect house for us. We loved the location and beach access was easy. We also liked that the houses gave us kind of a neighborhood while there--people were friendly and helpful. Our only real complaint was the cleanliness of the entire house and with the covid pandemic deep clean that we were expecting but had not happened. Furniture was dusty such as behind the lamps and on shelves. Under beds and behind furniture there were clumps of dust bunnies. The refrigerator door handle was grimy all in the textured part--we scrubbed it and it came off. There was a very lonely sock dropped down between the washer and dryer and a gob of lint in the dryer lint trap. The outside table had clear coffee rings on it which, of course, with a clean swipe they came up. There were holes in the walls and smudges on the walls and door facings. One of the knobs in the kids' room dresser was missing. there was a broken vacuum cleaner in one of the closets but we accidentally found another one in another closet that worked. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans and other tools were plentiful and fine but the organization was ridiculous with things stuffed everywhere.

Perfect beach house next to the Gulf!!
This house was perfect for my family and I. It was literally steps away from the beach which was perfect for us!! Very clean and felt like a home away from home!! In the evenings when our two year old twins went to sleep my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves and watching people walk by. This beach house also had almost everything you need for a day at the beach which is a huge plus!! Overall, we loved this home and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for the perfect beach house steps away from the Gulf Shores!! We made tons of great memories here and hope to return one day!!

Great Getaway - Just what we needed
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised, no more no less. It was neat, clean, had everything we needed, just the right size for our family of 3, just the right price, and access to the beach. My daughter was ecstatic about the bunk beds. We have visited Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores in the past so we knew what to expect in terms of proximity to grocery, etc. Prior to the trip I had made a run to the dollar store and purchased some Tupperware, baggies, spices and other consumables. The house did not come with, but that was expected. There were plenty of towels. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy most of our trip, and we did not utilize the downstairs space or the items in the closet. But there were wagons, chairs, toys, bikes, etc. accessible down there which would have been nice. The only thing I wish I had was a door mat to wipe our feet on upstairs upon entering the house. Otherwise, it was great. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Well Thought Out
This renovated beach cottage is as seen on the listing and so close to the beautiful Gulf beach. We stayed here a month, so we could appreciate the well thought out design, extras with tv’s everywhere and kitchen with all we needed. Front porch perch was husband’s hangout to see the water and watch the beach. So great to take our dogs to walk the beach. Dog lovers come here because it is one of the few beaches that allow dogs without permits, residence requirements or hour limitations! Enjoyed dolphins and the peaceful area. We were here during the cold snap so we didn’t get to enjoy the big screen and area below the home, but it was the only one of it’s kind I saw here. So good for warmer temps. Management was very good with communication and quick response.

Overall a great Thanksgiving get away
My only bother was all the dishes were not clean, looks like they were washed in dishwasher and put away without checking. Lots of kitchen supplies, great location, easy walk to the Bay, great porch to see the gulf. The bikes were great, but the tires kept going flat, so quick rides only. Were able to bike to fort morgan, before the flat, went to the marina and ate. Will be returning next year. Oh and the weather was perfect!! Made the stay even better
