Well-appointed with gorgeous views!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful unit while in town for a wedding. It is not directly on the beach-which was ok with us. We had a beautiful view of the water and it looked like a short walk to the beach if we would have had time for that. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a great location.
We absolutely loved staying here. We had 8 people and it was the perfect amount of space. The place was very clean and well kept. We were very close to food, activities, shopping and most importantly ... the beach! We felt very safe in this location and allowed the kids a bit of freedom to walk to the beach on their own, hang out at the pool, and even take a short walk down the road for ice cream. With the beach right across the street, it was an easy (less than 5 min) walk with our wagon and items to spend a nice warm day in the sun. Would definitely recommend and look forward to heading back to the same place next summer!

amazing stay!
We had a great time on this trip. We’ve stayed in the Sanibel units multiple times over the past 10 years, but this was the first time using VRBO. We had zero complaints! They were easy to reach via text message and sent messages throughout the week to check on us and make sure things were going well. We will definitely use VRBO/I trips again!

Great Family Condo
I booked this condo because my family and I needed to make a trip down to Foley for a family emergency. I was in charge of finding a place to stay for myself, grandparents, siblings, and mother. Booking and splitting a condo was the obvious cost effective choice. After checking multiple listings, I found this condo. I sent this link to my family who all agreed it would suit our needs. The biggest appeal to this condo was the view and amount of space it has. The condo is on the 17th floor and gives you a stunning view of the ocean from the front balcony. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was needed for my family for efficiency and privacy. The open kitchen and living room also had a huge impact for us, having enough space for my family of 6 to hangout, cook, and eat multiple meals in the condo. The condo was very clean, updated, and offered a fair nightly price! To me, this condo was the perfect choice for my family and I would stay here again!

The location was just as stated and couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the beach was 5 min tops and building manager was friendly and gave great advice! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

mislead
picture depict the condo is on the gulf, but it is not. it is across the street from the beach and beach access is a little ways to the east from condo. the condo was very nice and very tastefully decorated. matresses are very firm. you have to buy a 25 dollar parking pass per car in addition to required nonrefundable damage insurance along with the other fees that arent mentioned initially. As i said before the condo is one of the nicer ones we have stayed at but you really need to get on the upper floors for a great view. We were on the 17th but if lower to the ground you wont be happy if your looking for a view. i definitely thought the additional parking pass was inappropriate. just one more way for them to get your money.

Just what we needed!
I rented this condo as overflow for a family vacation where the beach-house we occupied wasnt large enough. The condo was a short walk (shorter ride) to the beach house and the beach. The views were better than the house and the ease of hopping on an elevator as opposed to climbing 3 flights of stairs made this an excellent choice for my group. The place was nice and clean!

Summer Vacation
We had a great experience staying at this property. The location is in a less commercialized area and has easy access to restaurants and shopping but still provides the tranquility we wanted. Property had everything we needed to cook our own meals, hang out on the balcony, and access the beach. Would recommend the property and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay it was just like the pictures showed! We loved that we had 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms! It was close to walk across the street to the beach! We only wished the pool would have been done being repaired from Hurricane Sally it would have been great for our 2 12yr olds! Easy check in process! Great response from the property manager! We would definitely stay again!!

Excellence room and view
This was our first time at Gulf Shore and definitely not our last. Our condo was the perfect size for all of us and the view from the 17th floor was great and just a short walk to the beach. We did have a tv in the room with the queen bed that would not work, it would say no channels available, we tried and tried but nothing. If you ever need a 3 bedroom condo I would highly recommend this one.

This property was everything! Beautiful views, great location!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there were more than enough cooking untensils!. Everything we needed was in plain view. No need to constantly contact the owner!. I would like to rent again the exact condo. Thats how satisfied we were. Thank you!
