Welcome to the ultimate beach vacation, 'Fleur de Leisure.' Whether it's a couple's get away or a family retreat, you will enjoy the white sugar sand beaches of Alabama and want to return again and again.

Our condo is on the 6th floor with an amazing DIRECT view of the beach! We have taken great pride to ensure that every comfort of home is at your fingertips. Upon entering you will see our guest book that we call 'The Gulf Shores Travel Guide.' In it you will find hand selected recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping and more. There you will also find coupons and special promotions from local vendors.

This beautifully appointed beachfront 2 bedroom condo has cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Our vacation home is furnished with comfort in mind, while maintaining the absolute highest standard in living throughout. The master bedroom is clean and crisp and filled with the colors of the ocean. The bed is king sized and the room has direct access to the balcony. Wake up every morning with breath taking views of the gulf. There is a separate dressing area with granite counter tops and ample storage.

The guest room boasts a queen size bed with night stand and over sized dresser. The attached bathroom has granite counter tops and a walk in shower. With views of the bay this room is complete for sleeping or relaxing comfortably.

The kitchen has an ample granite workspace and stainless steel appliances. It has unique items not often found in a rental unit making it a joy to prepare meals for friends and family.

The dining area has a table that seats 4 as well as a bar stools for additional seating.

The large balcony, measuring 8 X 20, is accessible from the living area and the master bedroom. It directly overlooks the gulf, beach, swimming pool, and green space area. You will enjoy fabulous relaxing views day or night. Whether you are dining outdoors, enjoying a cup of coffee, watching the dolphins swim by or taking in the mesmerizing views, you'll realize there's no other place you'd like to be!

The living area has a large, comfortable neutral colored sofa that folds into a bed. You will also enjoy 2 club chairs with ottomans making it a perfect spot to read or nap. Here you can enjoy watching television on the flat screen HDTV. There is also a DVD player to enjoy watching movies. The cabinet below is filled with movies, books, games, puzzles and magazines for all ages to enjoy!

Additionally, our vacation home is in a low density complex, has wireless internet and cable. All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. The entry is covered and luggage carts are provided to assist in loading and unloading your car. On site parking is available and passes can be purchased at the guard house. This is a non-smoking unit.

Needs some updating. Guess room sheets were dirty we had to wash before using. Lamos were dusty. Receptable needs replacing main bedroom.

Large ocean facing balcony, clean & well equiped. One bed was slightly lump & master bath layout was a little awkard, but these were very minor issues to us. Complex was in good location and had nice pool area. We would definately stay here again.

Nice Location Filthy Condo Unit
The overall condo building and location was great! Beach front, quiet building, close to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. What this unit boasts in location it lacked in cleanliness. The unit itself was filthy. A different cleaning service should be explored. The shower curtain in primary bath looked to have feces or something smeared on it that was attempted to be wiped off. Floors were so filthy that after showering my feet would turn black walking around inside. Sand in the beds. Dirty pillow shams in the primary bedroom. The primary bed needed to be replaced 5 years ago and the sofa bed was so bad the frame could be felt through it. Broken chair on the balcony when we arrived.

Perfect Family Getaway
What a fantastic stay! Traveled with my wife and 3 kids. Ages 9,4, and 3. The condo exceeded our expectations! Very clean and cozy! Beautiful view off the large balcony. Elevator was fast and there was even a storage area for our beach supplies in the garage! Beach was out of this world and the kids loved the pool area. The whole area was very family friendly! This condo is right down the street from groceries and restaurants. Check in was a breeze as was parking! Slept in all 3 beds throughout my stay and they were very comfortable. We have no complaints and enjoyed our stay! Great Host as she communicated everything thoroughly!

Nice location. Condo needs much work
Location is great. The beach is fabulous from the balcony. But we were disappointed. Condo is run down. Needs upkeep and another cleaning crew. When we got there last Sunday, the cleaning guy was still there and had smoked marijuana in the condo. There was hair on spare bed sheets and on walls in bathroom, like had been cleaned with dirty towel. The sink in master bedroom was stopped up and would hardly drain. Pots and utensils in kitchen were very worn and dirty. The furniture was worn and dirty. It could be a great condo with some TLC and upkeep.

Location Location!!
The location for this property is great! You are minutes from all the main restaurants! The property itself was good. The property requires a key to enter which is a bit of an inconvenience. A keypad with a code would have been much better instead of worrying about carrying a key all the time. The property also could have been cleaner. There was food crumbs on the kitchen countertops, sand still all over the floor, and the masterbath was not the cleanest. The owners were easy to contact and very pleasant!

Perfect location. Easy and quick to get to groceries and restaurants. The condo is right on the beach so no long walk to get to the water. The beach was not crowded. No wait at the elevators. We had a great time!! Was a little disappointed in cleanliness. We will be back.

Perfect getaway for our family
How much more perfect can you get with ample space for 4 on the beach? It was sufficiently stocked and rules are clear. If any gripe was to be had it would be only how strict the parking is, but if I were an owner Id be glad to have them. All supplies were available stocked and worked, chairs were comfy, place is clean. Beds were nice too and we loved the view and the pool the best. It was a relaxing and beautiful stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

We absolutely loves this condo. It was perfectly described per the listing. Kim was very professional and she helped tremendously with the upcoming storm and helping us get in a day early. Overall we had a great stay. The only down fall was the banisters on the balcony was much wider and my 1 year old kept trying to stick his head through. But over all amazing and will definitely be back!

Great location, inside needs attention
The location on the beach is great, we were very pleased with an easy walk to the beach, especially with little children. The condo was fine but definitely shows some wear and remodeling that was done cheaply. Any type of drapes or window covering for the second bedroom would be great because the outside light shines right through even tightly shut blinds. There was constant smoking everywhere, from the balcony to the pool. I understand this is hard to control but if the HOA set up a smoking area, it wouldn’t punish the rest of us who value our health or the health of our loved ones. The $30 parking fee was communicated on all booking information but it seemed like an extra and unnecessary cost. The walk in shower was lovely but dark, the light in the bathroom strained to reach the corner. We arrived to find dirty utensils in the drawer and the cleaning crew had not unloaded the dishwasher. All in all, we did have a nice time and appreciated the ease of booking/communication with the owner.

I absolutely love how close to the water this unit is, the views were breathtaking! Compared to the other condos around us, we had much smaller crowds at the beach and pools. This was perfect for our family, we will definitely be back!
