We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests!

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm.

2. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.

3. Parking is ONLY available beside each of the cabins. At no time should you park in the driveway or in front of the cabins. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations or for inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
Audio/Video Camera on porch for the security of our home, safety of our guests and adherence to house rules. Records for up to 10 seconds.
