Located very close to the intercity and local bus terminals and walkable to the start of the tomb area and Hancock village. The area was populated with motels, small restaurants, pc bangs and hostess bars - but hardly the red light district as others have suggested. We felt very safe and it was quiet at night. The hotel had a 1970s vibe with dark devour in the corridors but the room was brightly lit, huge and included a pc, clothes steamer and huge TV. There wasn't a plug for the jacuzzi bath and we weren't there long enough to request one so don't know if it worked. Breakfast was basic but filling - bread, fruit, yoghurt, salad, fries, sausage and scrambled egg. BHC opposite and plenty of nearby convenience stores nearby.
