This property is under renovation and some rooms are very dated , we were on the second floor and there were ants in the bathroom, they moved us to one of the renovated rooms which was nicer bet the ac was very loud. While there a couple on the first floor had their room broken into from the outside door. The manager offered them half off the room even though they were leaving due to the fact that they felt unsafe.

The property is dated but the beds were so very comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet and the bathroom was very roomy with lots of counter space by the sink and there was an ample supply of hot water. However, with all that positive there was one big negative. We requested an outside/drive-up room and were charge an additional $30 per night because those rooms"are usually kept for people with pets for easy outdoor access". We had no pets but were charged the extra anyway. This extra charge was not indicated anywhere when we booked and I don't understand why petless customers have to pay the extra fee. Otherwise, I would stay here again. Oh yes, one other thing--I would love to see the carpets replaced with tile or laminate.

My stay was good. I always liked staying there,but not so much this time. Before it would be a great place to take my son with Autism, but not this time. He had an accident and my partner was told my the front desk clerk that night we were going to be charged for the bedding. Then she said that she was going to not charge us. Went to check out and we were charged. I work in long term care. If the washers are heavy duty they can take anything out. White linen is bad, but good chemicals can make them clean. It did not sit well with me that night. He has special needs and it was an accident. It made me very upset. This has never happened there. Ever!!Apparently this night person needs to understand accidents happen. This was a place i would always stay,but after this visit i may reconsider next time we book a place.
