Tämä kaunis hiljattain remontoitu koti on yksityisyyttä olla poissa kaupungista, mutta olet alle viiden minuutin päässä monista kausiluonteista toimintaa: Dyyni ratsastaa, vaellus, kauniita rantoja, ostoskeskus keskustassa, upeat ravintolat, viini matkat, panimot, golf ( Olemme Arnold Palmerin golfkentän vieressä - Ravines.)

Sinulla on myös mahdollisuus tulla hakemaan mustikoita, kun kausi vain muutaman askeleen päässä takaovesta. (Late heinäkuu / elokuun alussa) Tämä koti on alle kahden mailin päässä hiljattain avatusta Guardian-panimosta.

Kotimme on avoin pohjaratkaisu ja rentouttava kallis kansi, jossa voit nauttia luonnosta, kokata Weber Grillissä tai vain sijoittaa ja nauttia auringosta. Master-sviitti sijaitsee pääkerroksessa, ja siinä on sviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla, joka on valmistettu Italian marmorista ja liukusäädin kannelle, jolla voit nauttia aamu-kuppiasi kahvia. Siinä on myös kaksi pääkerroksen huonetta, joista toisessa on kerrossängyt, joissa on vyöryä ja täysi sänky, ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky. Pääkerroksessa on myös täydellinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla ja puoli kylpyamme, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tässä kodissa on kolme Smart TV: tä ja Blu-ray-DVD-soitin. Keittiö on pinottu kaikella mitä tarvitset tämän rentouttavan loman. Haluamme viedä perheesi täällä rauhallisissa rotkoissamme tekemään lukemattomia ja korvaamattomia muistoja, jotka kestävät perheesi elinaikanaan.

Vuokraamalla kotimme hyväksyt seuraavat säännöt:
1) Tupakointi kielletty
2) Ei lemmikkejä (jos lemmikki on meidän omaisuuttamme, 200 dollarin maksu)
3) Te ja vieraasi käyttävät kotimme omalla vastuullasi. Me (omistaja) ei ole vastuussa mistään vammoista, joita esiintyy kotona tai kadonneista tai varastetuista tavaroista.
4) Vahinkoja ilmoitetaan loman aikana. Jos löydämme mahdolliset vahingot poistumisen jälkeen, valtuutat maksun luottokortillesi korvaamisesta / korjauksesta tai tarjoat meille käteisrahan tai tarkistuksen. Saapuessaan ilmoitetut vahingot eivät ole vieraan vastuu.
5) Olet vähintään 25-vuotias
6) Jos kotona on yli 9 henkilöä, 75 dollaria per yö per henkilö veloitetaan.
7) Siivoojamme tulevat sen jälkeen, kun olet poissa. Hän ei käy vierailusi aikana.
8) Puhdista grilli käytön jälkeen.
9) Poista levyt pois käytetyistä vuoteista ja aseta pesutupa.
10) Kaappaa kaikki roskat autotalliin.

Great Place for Family!
The property was lovely and very clean! We all enjoyed the fabulous outdoor space, especially the hot tub and fire pit! It was wonderful to have so much space on the large deck! We enjoyed being able to relax and eat together at the outdoor table!

Girls weekend trip
We had the best girls trip here in Saugatuck. And part of the reason was this home. It was very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting at the deck each night & enjoyed the fire pit. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful Clean Property
Loved the house, beautifully situated on a large lot. Not too far out of town (we had a car though). Clean and well appointed. Great amenities. The only negative is that I would consider the lower level bedroom to be substandard to the other two queen rooms upstairs. It's on the ground floor, the floors are painted concrete, and it's at least 10 degrees colder down there than upstairs. There was no rug next to that bed - and it needed one. There appeared to be a big rug that was rolled up and shoved under the bed, but it was jammed under there so well we couldn't get it out. The lack of a rug amplified all noise from upstairs down there too. Our friend that drew the short straw for that room did not have as good a trip as the rest of us - so take note. Other than that the house is lovely.

Good for multi-aged family group
We stayed here for a wedding and the house worked very well for us - great grandparent to small kids. The big yard was great for the kids (2 1/2 year olds) and they loved the wooden play fort - but it needs to be rebuilt and/or more securely reinforced. Some boards were rotting out. The house was well laid out. Adequately equipped kitchen. Consensus was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable in the upstairs master and downstairs bedrooms, and all thought the pillows were awful. Other than those things it was a fine place! Location was perfect (who knew the beaches would be so great) and we really enjoyed staying here. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Yearly Michigan Vacation
We all enjoyed this property so much! The grandkids played for hours on the play set. Everyone played in the yard (catch, volleyball, soccer, badminton …. we picked up the ball, etc at Dollar General). The adults played many games of billiards and relaxed in the hot tub. We made breakfast at the house each morning and then set off on Michigan adventures, and came back to the house each evening. The weather fully cooperated. The deck is so nice. I practiced yoga on it one morning. We would definitely like to stay here again :)

Vacation with kids
The house was exactness exactly as listed but better in person! Very clean, had all the essentials which was unexpected and nice (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc). Plenty of towels for everyone to use. There were even kids plates and bowls which was so nice since we had 5 kids. We had to contact the owner a few times and she was very accessible. I would recommend this house for a family/ group.

A fabulous bachelorette weekend!
I had myself and 7 other ladies stay here for my bachelorette weekend, and it was so wonderful! We had an absolute blast hanging out by the fire, in the hot tub, and just in the living room playing games at the table! We took the Interurban bus multiple times - to the beach and to downtown! It was so nice to not worry about parking or taking multiple cars to fit everyone! A big thing we would recommend would be more mirrors and at least one full-size mirror. Lots of ladies getting ready to go out can be difficult when there aren’t many extra mirrors in the house. The house also used well water which is obviously not the owners fault (at least the fridge had a filter) but it did get a bit sulfur-smelly when people showered and did the dishes. In addition, none of the knives in the house were very sharp and there weren’t any large pans so making food had challenges at times. Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Saugatuck all while having some privacy!

Great Getaway!
Loved that there was enough room to give teens some privacy. Great layout. The yard was super for Kanjam (there is a sprinkler system- so be aware!) Great deck for dining and hot tub (wish we had had more time to spend there!) Home is close drive to all that we did- swam at Oval Beach, picked apples at Cranes, toured Saugatuck. Perfect spot!

Great spacious location!
This is a huge place! We had a family reunion here and there was room for everyone. The grounds are also very large, so you can be both inside and out. Everything was clean and the host was responsive. Close to the standard tourist spots (by car). Recommended!

Great family getaway!
Very spacious and clean. Loved the decor. Our 17 month old grandchild loved the little kitchen area in family room downstairs. Took advantage of hot tub when breaker switch finally quit going off. A bit difficult to regulate house temp. Overall really good time. Loved eating breakfast on outside patio deck

Great House, Will Return!
Our group absolutely loved the house! It was extremely clean, everything was as described. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The hot tub was great, beds were comfortable and lots of towels. We had a little issue with the door lock, but we’re able to get in. Our group of friends rarely get to see each other so we went over our check out time slightly but our hosts were very understanding. The yard and fire pit were great, beware of the stairs in the grass going to the deck at night! It’s tough to see them, some markers would be helpful if not make sure you’re paying attention at night! The yard is great, we regretted not bringing footballs or games, it would have been perfect! It was quiet, secluded and a great location in Saugatuck. This house is well set up for any size group and we’d be happy to book this home again, thank you!

Perfect property for a group
Visited with a group of lifelong girlfriends (8 of us). The property had a lovely deck (grill and dining in the sunshine!) and fire pit area (though we didn’t end up having a fire) and plenty of room to dine inside, also. The kitchen was nicely appointed, and the property was clean and quiet. Bonus - enough hangers in the closets (a rarity)! The bedrooms are a better set up for families - two queen bedrooms and the rest bunks, so not as comfortable for us middle age ladies but we knew that going in. Bonus to have the adjacent family blueberry farm and be able to pick berries! Just 5 minutes from downtown Saugatuck, so private without being too far away. Recommended.
