Washer and dryer now available for stays of three nights or more. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is your home away from home. The house is perfect for families or small groups and is located just five minutes from the Spooky Nook and Hamilton’s Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), with some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, shops, and attractions. Millikin Woods park is just a few blocks away. Miami University is only 20 minutes away, and it is a convenient drive to Kings Island, the Cincinnati Zoo, and downtown Cincinnati.

The house offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a table for four, with additional chairs in the closet. One bedroom has an office desk and chair.

The living room includes plenty of seating and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. You can also login to your favorite streaming apps.

The private fenced-in back yard includes a covered seating area, space for kids to play, and a fire pit.

The home includes free, off-street parking in the driveway (the garage is not available). House keys will be located in a lock box on the front porch (code will be provided the day before arrival). Two steps are required to enter the first floor of the home. The house is equipped with three outdoor security cameras: #1 front entrance upper right, #2 apex of garage overlooking driveway, #3 backyard entrance upper left.

Dirty towels should be placed in hamper located in the back bedroom before leaving. All trash and recycling should be taken out to the cans (the recycling can is green, trash can is blue) in driveway before leaving. All dirty dishes should be placed in dishwasher. Turn on the dishwasher before leaving.

Perfect home base!!
We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!

Great stay!
Totally clean, all the amenities we needed, reasonable check-out requests. Only tiny nitpick is I didn’t find any method of drinking water filtration in the house. With Spooky Nook so close, I’m sure tons of other athletes will roll through here, and I just didn’t have a means to fill my bottles at the house cuz I’m bougie and didn’t want tap. Let that speak to the quality of the place that this is what I have to complain about. Would 100% recommend to others/would use again myself.

Excellent Location
It is a lovely cottage-style house that is exactly the same layout as the home my sister and I grew up in! We visit our aunt in the assisted living facility around the corner so it is in the perfect location for us. The hosts are friendly; this is our second time there. We will come back again.
