Newly renovated six bedroom house nestled on an acre of land in the beautiful, trendy and convenient town of Hampton Bays. A short bike ride to the white sandy beach of West Landing. At a gracious 4400 square feet - with one king and five queen beds - there is plenty of room for family and friends to spread their wings.

The perfect open floor plan for entertaining!

Main level features newly renovated enormous chef's kitchen with vaulted ceilings and high-end appliances - 42" refrigerator, 48" range with 6 burners, two large sinks, dishwasher, quartz countertops and 12' island, spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room that seating 8, one full bath, and two bedrooms - each with queen beds, one with sliders to rear deck.

Upper level features Master bedroom with wood burning fireplace, private outdoor deck and walk-in closet, adjacent elevated open loft/office with sleeper sofa, master bath with large soaking tub and steam shower.

Lower level features family/game room with shuffleboard, foosball and ping pong tables, newly renovated full bath with double sink, and two additional bedrooms - one with two queen beds and sliders to side yard, the other with one queen bed.

Other features include a double-height foyer, new wide-plank white oak floors on all floors, radiant heat in lowest level, three wide-screen smart tv’s, contemporary lighting throughout, and three double-sliders leading to backyard deck bringing in a ton of light.

Discover through a rear wall of glass doors a gorgeously landscaped backyard with heated 20x40 pool (open Memorial Day through September), year around 6-person hot tub, several outdoor lounge areas, large deck, swing set, grassy side yard, gorgeous outdoor patio, fire pit, and mature trees throughout providing a great deal of privacy from inside or outside.

Amazing Stay In An Exceptional Home!
We rented this house for Memorial Day weekend and we absolutely loved it. The house has been recently renovated and is perfectly situated for small groups. The house features a beautiful open concept inside and ample outdoor space that allows everyone to enjoy the pool and deck. The house also features a great location providing a short drive to coffee houses, grocery stores, local farm stands and the beach. The property owner was also very kind and responsive. Quick responses and a very pleasant experience from booking to check-out. Highly recommend renting this house for your next small gathering!

Meno Mamas Mothers Day Getaway
This property is gorgeous and spacious. Everything you could possibly need was already there including wine and other spirits. The seven of us felt safe and comfortable and elated with this choice. The owner was readily available and super generous. Thank you Joe. That pool is everything. We had one nice day that allowed us to swim and it was so worth it. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back in the summer or fall.

Wonderful Spring Break
We had a truly wonderful break at this property. The manager was kind, communicative and helpful and the home...well it is just stunning overall. Spacious, brand new, modern and light-filled. All the tech and televisions are up to date (important for dad!), the swings were a lovely touch (for mom) and games for kids (a brand new ping pong table, foosball and hockey table!). The neighborhood is quiet, the place was neat and we were close to many beaches and town. We hope to visit again sometime.

Exquisite! The perfect family get away!
This home is just perfect. Tons of privacy, warm and cozy for a great winter rental. The house is all brand new, renovated from top to bottom, with so much room for our extended family. It had two wood burning fireplaces, a game room for the kids, and working areas for parents and kids to work from home. If I could give it more than five stars I would! We can’t wait to come back!
