I will never recommend this place to stay. It’s terrible place not clean bed was stinky. Hallway was 2 feet wide not enough space to walk with your luggage. We booked family room and they didn’t have it they didn’t have it . Pls don’t rust there reviews for 0 star hotel. Never stay here

A failure in practice
This hotel staff have little experience and poor training This is best exemplified by a phone call too my room at a minute past midnight to sign a document they failed to ask me sign the previous morning. Requests with room service ignored. No towel set in my room upon check in. While all petty annoyances, they are, when added together, symptoms of poor leadership. The food was ok. Room clean. Shower was strong but never warmer than tepid. Internet is awefull. It drops completely very regularly and at all hours of the day and night.

The staff deserved 10⭐️ they were always attentive and taking care of our needs. We stayed in a double bed room and the size was good. The pressure from the shower was very nice. There is a very popular restaurant next to the hotel.

Great location and spacious room
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the hotel location was perfect walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. I stayed in the deluxe room which was super spacious and room was clean and tidy everyday. Our bathroom looked a little tired and we had to wait for the hot water after each person showered for 15mins for the boiler which was a little pain after a long day, was informed our room was connected to a old boiler vs other room would not have this problem.

Very central location in old town, we had Queen suite room with (tiny) balcony but decent sized room with big sofa, very comfortable, aircon a bit noisy, but great short stay in the heart of Hanoi.

I read a review about ant infestation and cramped shower conditions after I already booked the hotel. When we entered, it was okay, reception was pretty, but rooms very run down. Bathtub broken and plastered up. Daughter put her suitcase in the cupboard to find dozens of ants crawling over it later. That night we found, while charging devices, ants everywhere on our bedside table. Hardly got any sleep from paranoia. The next morning, saw more ants behind kettle and on another table. Cramped rooms and inconveniently high bathtub. Extremely low shower head. I booked here for 4 nights but forfeited the 3 nights and checked out. Staff apologetic, it's not their fault but this hotel is nothing like the picture. Extremely run down and way below my humble expectations. Would absolutely not recommend.

The best thing sbout this hotel was the staff, especially Lincoln, the manager, who helped us make a date change though it was difficult to do. The front desk staff were very conscientious as well. If you need anything, just ask. Liked the breakfast, especially the fruit, yogurt, and a few Vietnamese dishes. The bathroom was not well designed. The toilet paper roll was unreachable from the toilet. The shower was hard to adjust as it was far from the entry and you couldnt adjust the temperature from the outside. Imagine that the water coming out of the faucet is hot and you didn’t know. Your feet would get scalded!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the family connecting suite. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials for our stay. We were pleased with the friendliness of staff (especially Jase at reception). Breakfast buffet was a great way to start off each morning. Location is extremely central.

This is the second time returning to Vietnam to join my family after 8 years. I didn't expect much from a low budget hotel, but I think this is one of the good value hotels with quality beyond expectations. Located on a centre of old quater, near the walking street, but not blocked on weekends, the street outside is very noisy but inside the hotel at night it is very quiet. Friendly and attentive staff, even calling in the middle of the night to ask for more bottled water is still provided. The room is a bit small, but with such a good room price, it is impossible to have a spacious room in old quater hotel, I understand, but still very clean and comfortable. I don't understand why there are still customers who are not satisfied, for me it's good, highly recommended.

The room was a size of a closet. The pictures shown on Expedia was falsely advertised. It didn’t look anywhere like the pictures. The hotel was very outdated. When we asked them for things such as extra towels, we called them twice & they never brought it to us. The hotel also had a certain stench to it. The surrounding area of the hotel was in the middle of old quarter which was a very busy & unsafe to walk around.

Location is great. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Must visit Hanoi on a weekend, as the roads leading to the lake are traffic-free. I am pleased with the family room layout and size. Checkin was smooth. Facilities like Functional gym and sauna were good. Breakfast spread is fair. Cleanliness of the room however could be better. Small ants were crawling the tea/ coffee table. One of the nights I discovered the bath towel provided has stains on it. Otherwise, everything else is fair for the price.

Room-Small and cosy for 2 pax. Don’t expect as big as the picture shows. Is camera effect. Sound proofing of room- can’t hear any noise from bustling activities outside but able to hear noise/sound coming from room corridor. Facilities-Will have water supply cut problem on and off due to the water pipe. This problem will also affect the other hotels in other part of old quarter. Breakfast-Overall not so bad.
