I booked this property for our 10 day vacation in Hanoi and we’re super happy to have found it as a five star residences hotel. The Five residences staff assisted us with transportation to and from the airport in a luxury resort Van. The staff greeted us on arrival and processed our check-in very expeditiously. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the apartment is very useful and allowed us to cook small meals. The gym, sauna, steam room, hot/cold water spa and a large swimming pool were certainly used by us as part of our end of day relaxation. Overall, I would highly recommend The Five Residences in Hanoi to anyone looking for an inexpensive apartment style accommodations. 5Stars

Five residences was amazing! Very clean rooms and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Knowledgeable, warm and efficient staff! Located in a great place where you have access to local spots and large corporations depending on what you're looking for. I will certainly return and recommend to family and friends! Great job!

We had an excellent stay at The Five Residences. Staff spoke English which was very convenient and helpful. We were a family of 6 and one infant. They provided a baby cot without additional cost. Transportation was provided as requested (with additional cost) to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Rooms were very clean and property was very safe. The breakfast buffet was also amazing and staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you're looking for a VIP experience while staying in Hanoi, this is the place to be! Thank you, Five Residences for an awesome stay!

5人家族のベトナム旅行で、使わせて頂きました。旧市街の中のホテルは周りが騒がしすぎで、このホテルは駐在員向けのSAとしても利用されていて、とても落ち着いた静かな施設でした。 朝食も美味しかったです、特にオムレツが絶品でしたね！ 市街地には車で15〜20分くらいですが、500円程度でとても安く気になる値段ではなく、タクシー乗りまくった旅行でした！ ハノイに駐在する時はぜひ使わせていただきます。

Dear Ms. Mai to 六日間子供連れで滞在しましたが大満足です。部屋はとても清潔で施設は新しく、エントランスに入るといい香りがしました。朝食ブッフェは滞在期間中、毎朝メニューが違いとても楽しめました。朝6時から夜の10時までプールとジャグジーが使え、観光の合間に楽しみました。ホテルの下に小さいスーパーがあり便利です。カフェも併設されているのでベトナムコーヒーもすぐ飲めます。周辺は少し歩くと大通り、旧市街まではタクシーで15分ほとです。ホテルに比べると目の前の通りはあまり綺麗ではないですが歩ける距離に食べる所もたくさんあります。スタッフの方もみなさんとても親切で気持ちのいい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。
