Bearable for one night
It was basic but convenient for the old town and local bus service. Building and room rather run down. Unfortunately no breakfast could be provided as I left too early, I would have hoped for something simple like a bottle of water and piece of fruit.

The room was cute, and I got a 3 person room even though I booked a 8 person room. Beds were extremely firm, and made of a hard cushion material rather than a mattress or futon. The staff member who checked me in had an attitude and wasn’t helpful. I wasn’t given a key. It was fine for one night.
They forgot to reserve my private room and gave it to someone else, but they were apologetic about it. They offered to let me stay in the dorm with a refund or drive me 3 km to their other property. The showers were kind of dirty and there was no hot water. It's in a very happening neighborhood with lots of nightlife.
it's amazing place where i went. I've just stayed one night. But many impression i realized, compare to price i paid. Staff, Location, Cleanliness are so great !
Booked this place (a bunk in a 14-bed dorm) to rest for the day before embarking on an overnight train to China. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering me a glass of water on arrival. It's a small act but I appreciate it. Each bunk in the 14-bed dorm had an electrical outlet and lamp. The bunk was a little hard though, and the neighbouring building was playing loud Techno music during the afternoon. You'll need to bring your own towel, and best to wear slippers when using the shower! Depending on your luck, you might encounter hostel mates who leave a lot of dirt, sand and hair in the toilet! This hostel is located amidst busy streets with lots of traffic (but then again, that's Vietnam for you) with a few eateries nearby (even stumbled on a Harry Potter themed cafe, which was quirky). It's one of the nearer stays to the train station across the bridge which goes to China.
This is a really good hostel, good beds with comfortable bedding, very friendly and helpful staff, a perfect location for backpackers in the old quarter, a very nice little rooftop terrace and also good coffee at the small bar downstairs. Looking forward to coming back!

We booked for two night and also for the transfer from the airport. They picked us up and took us to another hotel far away in a not nice area without saying anything before getting there. They just drop us there and it was this lady telling us that there was a problem with our room and that we were staying there just for the night and they will pick us up in the moring to go to the hostel that we originally payed for it in downtown area. We didnt really want to stay there, it was far and ugly area so she send us with a taxi to the hostel were it was this guy who didnt give a problem he just kept working on his computar without a solution and saying us that he has all the rooms full, so we figure it out that they were lieying to us and he blamed expedia for that.
We just run away from that also ugly place that I wont ever recomend.
We ended up in a hotel just around the corner, wich was nicer with lovely staff and also cheap.
We didnt even could get a dolar back from something that we didnt used and made us have the worst experiencie.
During our world tour, this is the worst hotel we visited.
It smells humidity and it's very dirty. We found an old and dirty knife in our nightstand...
Our shower was blocked, so our private bathroom totally flooded.
Finally, when we arrived at 6am they offer us to stay in the dorm waiting our room... At the check out they charged us for this stay ! If they have said us that we would have stayed in the hall... Or in town.
More, it's nearby a big road, so dorms are very noisy...
There are a lot of hostels around, look others before booking.
