While we may not have ownership or control over the building and its common areas, we take great pride in ensuring that the unit itself is consistently maintained to be impeccably clean, pleasantly fragrant, and wonderfully fresh.

The management is currently doing construction on the patio outside the building.
However they don't start till 10:00 am and finish by 6:00 pm so there won't be any noise issues.

There is a full gym ready for you and an Aerobics section that's just awesome!

The front of the building has a nie outdoor terrace with dining tables and chairs.
