Nice hotel for budget traveller. Big parking lots for those who travel by car or motorbike. But, opposite is a modern pub and a bit noisy at night. Not so far from town center.

Nice budget hotel in the middle of Hat Yai

This is quite a new hotel that just opened in April 2017 so everything is quite new here. It has the same management as the Sakura Grand View hotel. Location: The nearest mall from this hotel is Diana mall which is roughly 8 minutes walk away. Lee garden plaza and Central festival mall is roughly 20-25 minutes walk. Comfort: Each room has an individual air conditioning so you are able to control the room temperature. Room space is quite good. However the bed is a bit on the hard side but that was not so much of an issue for me. There is also more than enough parking spaces for those who are driving. A phone is also installed inside the room to ease communicating with other rooms. There is also cable tv with a wide variety of choices of channels to choose from . A convenience shop and restaurants a located in this hotel. . The only slight complain was that during my visit, there were a large group of people staying here and they created noise in the corridor at night as they hung out in the corridor. . Overall it a value for money hotel. I will definitely consider this hotel for my stay in future .
