Enjoy lovely views of the Pamlico Sound and National Park from this condo's lovely deck-style balcony! You'll love relaxing in this comfortable condo decorated with decor that reflects the area's natural beauty - check out the breakfast bar stools! Central air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi will help everyone feel right at home. The bedroom features a TV and ceiling fan for winding down in comfort. As of fall 2022, both beds and the sofa bed have brand-new mattresses. Cook up full meals and beach snacks in the semi-open kitchen, complete with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and stylish cabinets to help set the mood. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy access to the shared pool, which is visible from your balcony, and the shared charcoal grill.

Hatteras village remains the most original of the island's seven villages. Be sure to visit the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, just two miles away. Check-in at the Hatteras Island Ocean Center, just under a half-mile from your door, or take a scenic trip to Ocracoke Island on the free ferry. World-class kiteboarding is available in the Pamlico Sound for the adventurer in you. Looking for a fishing charter or some wave runners to rent? Both are available just over one mile up the road at Oden's Dock.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Perfect Getaway for Easter Weekend!
A friend and I stayed in this condo for 4 nights over Easter Weekend. Neither of us had been to the Outer Banks before, so we weren't sure what to expect in terms of traffic and how many businesses would be open that weekend, but it was a great, low key weekend! Overall, this was a great option in a fabulous location! It was very quiet, clean and was well-stocked with everything we needed. VRBO properties vary in terms of what they provide but this condo seemed to have everything. The kitchen had all sizes of pots and pans, utensils, wine opener, can opener, blender etc. The rental company provided the bed sheets, towels, pillows, dishwashing detergent, soap, paper towels and extra toilet paper. We brought most of this just in case, and we didn't need any of it. Also, as noted in other reviews, the internet is shared throughout the property, but we had no issues logging in at all. The listing is correct in that this unit is on the 2nd floor, but it's the bottom floor of the 3 condo levels. I wish we were one floor higher so we had a higher view of the ocean, but it wasn't a big deal as the ocean is a stone's throw away. The unit is practically right in front of the elevator, which we thought might be noisy, but it was very quiet and we rarely heard any other occupants. The provided luggage carts are super helpful for loading/unloading. The only thing I wish the condo had was beach chairs that we could take out to the beach. We drove and didn't have room for chairs in our car, so this would have been a nice provided amenity. We can't wait to return when the hot tub and pool are open when it gets warmer! Overall this was a great condo and we will definitely be back!

Misleading website
Website looked as if the place we were renting was much larger. Showed a picture of pool table but this was separate amenity to the whole property. Plus my husband and I stayed and the master bedroom consisted of twin beds pushed together.

Arrived to no blankets on beds and a dishwasher full of dishes. Management company is not responsive at all. This was a working vacation and ad advertised internet and I confirmed wired connection with rental office. Got in and could not find a wired connection Emailed company and no response. Called Monday and no response. Went to the rental office and it was closed. We ended up leaving a day early because of it. Terrible experience. We did find out that although ad indicates "internet" it should say "wifi" and it's slow and unsecured. it's shared by everyone.
