Clean place with a super friendly host. It is a convenient location. AC works ok. A bit noisy because of the busy street nearby but not a game stopper.

Amplié mis planes y me quedé 12 noches. El lugar es cómodo y confortable. El edificio tiene 5 pisos y un ascensor; hay 3 cerraduras (entrada, ascensor y puerta principal) a las habitaciones del 3er piso, a través de una sala de estar que siempre está ocupada, por lo que la seguridad es excelente. Hay un amplio balcón, lo cual es inusual para un edificio de esta zona, y las puertas de las habitaciones se pueden abrir de par en par. Me hizo mucha ilusión el desayuno preparado por la propietaria, Ileana. Zumo de fruta fresca, tostadas, huevos, aguacate, croquetas de arroz de receta original y café con leche por 5 euros. Se proporciona jabón y toallas. Ileana limpia la habitación cada tres días. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado SAMSUNG y un ventilador en el techo. Es cómodo con el aire acondicionado encendido y el ventilador funcionando. Me gustó el momento de la mañana cuando el sol brilla a través de la brecha en el armario. Lo único es que es una habitación de esquina que da a la calle principal, por lo que hay algo de ruido, pero se proporcionan tapones para los oídos. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona, así que no tendrás problemas para encontrar un lugar para comer. Todavía no hablo casi nada de español, pero Ileana fue paciente conmigo. Gracias a ella, pude resolver muchos problemas. Muchas gracias de nuevo.

Marta, our lovely host was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice and cosy but also very spacious with a private bathroom. Location was great. But first and foremost the hospitality of Marta shined all day long..from making us breakfast in the morning to giving us local tips were to go and what to do. Couldn’t recomend this place enough!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a 3 cuadras del hotel Habana Libre, la señora Ileana y su mama son unos amores de personas, amables, muy queridas y atentas, la habitación es amplia y espaciosa, tiene baño privado, volvería 1000 veces a quedarme allí
