The family is very nice and helpful. They provided us with a modem to carry with us in order to have Internet access. It was very useful. The breakfasts are huge! I highly recommend Casa Ung.

Nunca llegue a habitar el departamento....ni si quiera estaban enterados de que estaba alquilado .. porfavor necesito que me devuelvan el dinero ....me hospede en otro lugar por el centro histórico de la Habana... porfavor necesito me contacten para la devolución de mi dinero a su cuenta....mi número es +51951242637... Acabo de llegar a lima Perú ...en otro departamento me cobraron 450 dólares.... porfavor necesito la devolución De mi dinero por la incompetencia de sus coordinadores .en cuanto me respondan enviaré el voucher del pago que hice y el nombre del hospedaje en la Habana

Muy buena ubicación. El servicio y atención de calidad;la limpieza excelente. El único detalle es para las personas que no puedan subir escaleras, ya que la habitacion se encuentra en el tercer piso.
