This room was less clean than almost all the other rooms I've stayed at in Cuba,and definitely the only one I found cockroaches in (one dead and one alive). There was no soap and the person that checked me in just ignored me when I asked for it. They were supposed to arrange a transfer to the airport (which it states it's free on their website, but FYI it's not) which I was more then happy to pay for, except they didn't, so I arranged transportation myself once I found out (once arrived at the airport, almost at midnight) that there was no transfer waiting for me. It is definitely not worth it to pay 5 Cuc for the breakfast, as it's just an egg, a few raw vegetables (salad, tomato) and some juice, definitely the less rich I've had in Cuba for the same price (or even less). Would not recommend.

Location was decent for walking other areas, but very "local". My friend and I weren't always entire comfortable as men in the area were pretty aggressive. Our toilet didn't flush reliably (i.e. twice in 2 days) so we used our water bottles to fill the tank from the sink in the bathroom. The fan worked, but the AC didn't. There are no safes in the room so don't bring any valuables.

Very warm welcome. Fantastic location .close to everywhere in downtown Havana walking. Restaurants close by. Will return and would recommend.

Basically I have no complaints about the property for the price. Just remind the late comers that: “free WiFi “ is a misleading msg - there is no free WiFi, you have to go to the ETECSA to purchase. As a matter of fact, there is no free WiFi in Cuba except some government owned star hotels. Second, the house is located at “Central”, which is a poor neighborhood, it takes about 15 minutes walk to the old city. Third, it’s hardly called shower, the water is so skinny, and the shower head is not hooked on the wall, i have to hold the shower head when taking a shower. I liked the breakfast which is sufficient for a healthy meal.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sarita room everything was clean the staff was very helpful they helped me look for transportation to look around Havana Cuba. the breakfast was good no complaints this is excellent B&B for anyone for the price the cleanliness it's safe excellent location..

Sarita rooms was a lovely, clean, and pleasant place to stay. It is ideally located between Habana Vieja, Centro Habano, and Vedado - walking distance almost anywhere you want to go. The room are comfortable with good hot water, ac, and fans. The breakfast in the morning is substantial and tasty.

Para pasar la noche. Lo bueno el precio y la cercanía del centro. Lo malo: nos quedamos 5 noches, nunca entraron a limpiar, ni arreglaron la cama, mucho menos sacar la basura del baño, el 4 día encontramos muchas cucarachas sobre nuestras cosas, la ducha no tenía cortina, no había jabón ni para las manos, se nos quedaron 2 playeras, nos pidieron la habitación una hora antes de salir, entraron, vieron la ropa y no nos dijeron nada, nos acordamos estando en el aeropuerto. No tiene WIFI es mentira, tienes q comprar la tarjeta para poderte conectar, no hay cata de almohadas como dicen en algunas páginas, y las fotos de sus anuncios son falsisimas arreglaron los cuartos para tomarlas, las paredes están sucias y feas, todo huele a humedad, la cama espantosa, se salen los resortes,. Se ponen exigentes con el check out pero no son ni para limpiar la habitación, no te dan ni una botella con agua, son super ruidosos, ellos, no los huéspedes.
