IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Welcome to this desired neighborhood of Hawkesbury Ontario,

Emersed yourself in nature, relax around the outdoor fireplace while listening to a natural stream a few feet away from the property limits. Enjoy a beautiful walk or cross-country skiing on maintained tracks from the golf course’s parking lot or in Vankleek Hill (10 minute drive)

Discover the amazing multi-sport complex less than 2 km away which offers an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and an indoor track. Possible activities include, pickleball, badminton, indoor soccer, public skating and drop-in hockey. Reservations are required through the town of Hawkesbury’s sports complex website. For junior hockey enthusiasts, come cheer on the local junior A hockey team, the Hawkesbury Hawks from the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL). Curling is also available at this time of the year at the Hawkesbury Golf and Curling Club situated 10 minute drive, downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking at Mont Rigaud Quebec, (30 minute drive)

This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.

•IMPORTANT: If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you step out of the property. We do not tolerate anyone smoking inside/outside the unit & there will be a FEE if this rule is broken!

•The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

• Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
