Property was ok. Swimming pool did not work. The light in the bathroom did not work. When checking out no one was at the front desk. Waited 10-15 minutes still no one. Called the facility hoping someone will answer. Still no answer. Left my key card near the keyboard. Called the facilty around 7am to let them know we left early for checkout.

This hotel needs to be updated. When you enter the hotel room, there is an offensive urine odor. The room is darkly painted and has poor lighting. The bathroom needs to be gutted and updated. The grout in the shower and bathroom is dirty and moldy. The lighting in the bathroom is extremely poor and has no ventilation or exhaust fan to remove moisture.

The bed in the room sink when we sat on it. The television and the remote didn't work, also the Wi-Fi had problems connecting. After constant complaining I was finally moved to another room which was not the equivalent of the room I had rented. I will not stay at AmericInn again for recommended to any of my colleagues.

Great stay for our team giving out free coats
We had a great experience. We rented 22 rooms for 44 people. All of our rooms were ready and check-in was complete when we arrived. All we had to do is sign paperwork. Communication was great. Desk service was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

The front desk lady was very efficient and our check in was a breeze. The breakfast is something else...it's 0 star. I We are at the breakfast room at 8:30 and not even one slice bread. I decided to get coffee for the road and the coffee was so water down and do is there oj.

Not clean hard beds
I've been going to this hotel for years! I don't know what has happened but the room was nasty and beds are hard! We had to take cleaning supplies back to the front desk. The biggest selling point for this hotel was the indoor pool and it was out of order my son was devastated.

When I checked in at 11 o’clock at night, the front desk person came out wreaking of marijuana. Came up to my room. Light is broken glass top sitting on the counter toilet is filthy was tired went to bed. Only reason we picked this hotels because it had an indoor pool and Spa I called multiple times before booking. Nobody bothered to tell me that the pool and spa had been shut down for weeks. Asked about getting a refund and checking out and nobody was willing to help me so it pretty much ruined my stay less and learned don’t use Expedia.And don’t stay at this property
