Welcome to our Beautiful Farm known as Bella Fattoria! A modest yet majestic hideaway in Healdsburg- In the Heart of Sonoma County Wine Country, Healdsburg is the hub of the Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley and Russian River Wine Regions. Our home is just 6 minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza Square where you will find dozens of Winery Tasting Rooms, Award Winning Restaurants and Boutique Shops. Bella Fattoria is also less than 10 minutes from downtown Windsor and within walking distance to Merriam Winery!

One level, glass-walled doors with pool, mountain, flower and forested hill views slide into each other to bring the outside in during warm months. Bella Fattoria offers everything you need for a short or long stay away from home. Kitchen, Dining and Living room flow together ensuring all present are a part of the gathering. Gourmet Chefs island kitchen will delight any cook with large gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is plenty of kitchenware to satisfy your culinary needs, cooking essentials and dinnerware.

Bella Fattoria offers 3 guest bedrooms along with a private office. The master bedroom plays host to a king bed with en-suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms each has a queen bed. The office has a desk, desk chair and twin bed. The guest interior bathroom offers a bath/shower combo while the master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The exterior bathroom has a toilet, sink and a separate outdoor shower area.

The gorgeous professionally landscaped yard with modern touches features an in-ground Pool, hot tub, outdoor eating area, outdoor lounge area, heat lamps and an overall abundance of outdoor seating and dining. Just beyond the backyard lies our picturesque farm/garden where there is always something in bloom! In the garden you'll find an oasis of fruit trees, planter beds, flowers, herbs and scented shrubs. Ask us about our holiday Olive wreaths! Please feel welcome to harvest vegetables and fruits for your dinner salad, or herbs to roast your potatoes with. We encourage you to help yourself during your stay.

A half-court basketball area located in the front yard (which can also be used as parking), is fun for adults and kid alike! Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions and we look forward to hosting you!
House is within walking distance to Merriam winery and only minutes from LImerick Lane, Christopher Creek, Rodney Strong and J Vineyards.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Twin. The fourth bedroom is a sleeping area/office combination.
A drip coffee maker, stove top espresso maker and tea kettle are all in the kitchen and available for guest use. Coffee is not supplied.

Pool heating up to 85° available! ($250 for first day, $100 every additional day)

Just inside the driveway gate you will find both a Tesla charger and a 220 outlet available for EV charging.

Strict NO PETS. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed per Sonoma County as well as out of respect for our neighbors. Sonoma County quiet hours 9PM-7AM.
Cameras are located around the exterior of the home and can be triggered remotely.

We recommend checking out "Sonoma Magazine" online for some great suggestions on where to go and where to eat/drink!

Conveniently located, however smaller than anticipated
Pros: Bella Fattoria is nicely located just outside Healdsburg, making it ideal for wine tasting and trips into town. It's located off a rural road and feels remote, however there are neighbors directly behind the property. The kitchen is well appointed and the backyard and pool are are clean and well kept. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable. HVAC works very well. Cons: This property is listed as 4 bedrooms, but it's really three with a small office that has a futon not suitable for an adult. Luckily a member of our group dropped out at the last minute or we would have been very cramped. There were small things that challenged us such as the dishwasher not being easy to turn on, the bathroom light switch having a short, the window shades in one bedroom that didn't fully cover the window, the lack of items in the guest bathroom and a few other small things, if I nitpick. The trash cans were taken down the street but never returned so we drove the trash in the trunk down the street to deposit it. For the daily rates and fees charged for this rental, I had hoped for more.

Very comfy stay!
It was the perfect stay for myself and family. The property was really neat and modern. We loved hanging in the pool and hotub. The kitchen was well stocked with dining ware and kitchen gadgets, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if plans bring us back to healdsburg!

The house was spectacular- well stocked kitchen, new appliances, walkable to a few vineyards, super comfortable beds, close to downtown Healdsburg. The host was incredibly communicative & helpful! Will definitely stay here again for our next visit to wine country!

We really enjoyed this property for a girls weekend! It was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice to have as an option to relax during our stay. The bathrooms/ showers were very clean as well. The beds were comfortable and lots of extra pillows if needed. Communication with the owner was prompt. We had an issue with the closure on one of the windows and they had someone come out right away to fix it. We were thinking there were 5 actual beds on the property but there are 4 beds and a sort of futon that can be used as a bed, so that was a bit unclear to us until we got there. So 2 of us girls shared the king sized bed instead of one using the futon. I would say that was the only unexpected thing about the property. So if you have 5 people who all want their own bed, someone will have to sleep on a futon. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do in healdsburg and the surrounding areas. The views were amazing and it is right down the road from Merriam winery, which we did not visit this trip, but plan to do next time! Thanks for sharing this property, it was a lovely stay.

Great Healdsburg Property
We had a wonderful stay at Bella Fattoria, aka Milk Barn. The house was in wonderful shape and slept two couples and a baby with lots of room to spare. The outdoor space is the highlight and we loved the pool, the hot tub, the croquet, and all the other outdoor games and spaces. The house and ground were very clean and nice, and the location was perfect. Only a five minute drive from either Healdsburg or Windsor, and we were able to walk to Merriam winery. We will definitely stay here again.

**Review for Our VRBO Stay: A Perfect Getaway** We recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Bella Fattoria property and couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home was something special. The beautiful decorations throughout the house immediately caught our eye, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail seemed to be thoughtfully considered, and the property truly checked off all the boxes for a perfect vacation retreat. There was an abundance of lounge chairs and overall seating both inside and out, allowing us to relax comfortably no matter where we chose to spend our time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed & ready to explore each day. The setting of the property is simply perfect. Nestled in a serene location, it offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were lucky enough to be there the night of a geomagnetic storm, and witnessing the aurora borealis was an unforgettable highlight of our stay & truly magical. A couple small notes, there was a coffee maker but no coffee...we couldn't open the Moka pot..keurig pods but no keurig..nothing a trip into town for ground coffee didn't cure. Overall, this Bella Fattoria provided an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly situated retreat.

Fourscore Celebration
Family birthday celebration for the octogenarian patriarch. Property was just what we expected! Close to town to pop in for cocktails and dinner and far enough away to relax from the hustle and bustle. Clean, inviting, plenty of room inside and outside. We can’t wait to return for another trip!

Unbelievably Beautiful and Tranquil Stay
The owners have done a wonderful job of making this a fantastic place to stay in Napa. The house is located just up the road from Meridian Winery in close priximity to both Windsor and Healdsburg. The back yard is resort like with pool, hot tub, deck, and lounge areas large enough for a sizable group. We will definitely be back!

Great off-season stay!
We had a lovely time here! Our kids enjoyed the heated pool in the off-season. We lucked out with some sunny 70-degree days, which made the house and setting picture-perfect. Our kids also enjoyed all the cute little outdoor areas on the property, especially the ones with orange trees!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The 4th bedroom is more like an office and the door doesn't close all the way (and actually was a little rickety), but we had our 2-year-old in a travel crib in there so the space was fine for her. Walking distance to Merriam Vineyards was great! Gorgeous views from the house, and the house was not too far from the center of Windsor and town of Healdsburg. Lots of vineyards to explore in the vicinity!

This house is pretty accurate to the description and lends itself well to a family with young kids that need to sleep on opposite sides of the house....Backyard area is perfection! And we truly enjoyed the pool at 85 degrees.

Girls 66 Birthday Celebration
I celebrated my 66th birthday with my daughter and two daughter-in-laws in Beautiful Sonoma. The house was just as it was advertised and the outdoor amenities (pool and hot-tub) were great. We were very close to the town of Healdsburg with very good restraurants and shopping. Of course the wineries were a great experience with delicious wines, beautiful scenery and education on wines and the wine making process. The property manager was so responsive throughout the entire process - from booking, to arrival and departure. Once you stay at Bella Fattoria , you talk about coming back - even before you leave!
