Palaa tänne rauhalliseen loma-asuntohyttiin, joka sijaitsee Pikku Punaisella Joella vain 10 minuutin päässä Heberistä ja järvestä. Enintään 5-ryhmäsi rakastaa matkustamoamme ja oleskelutilaamme, täysin varusteltu keittiötä ja kaksikerroksista. Kalastuspakkaamme on sinun käyttääsi. Ota kevyt takki, koska se voi olla viileä illalla. Tarjoamme myös toissijaisen istuma-alueen matkustamon takana hiiligrilli ja kaasulämmitin. Great stay
Overall a very good stay! Beautiful cabin, clean, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The cabin is nestled between the owner's home and neighbors but is very quiet and peaceful. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back when it's a little warmer, and hopefully, trout are biting, lol. Highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable
Although it was chilly outside our cabin was warm, cozy and relaxing. We had fun cooking, baking, doing puzzles, fishing, enjoying the amazing dock and eating trout. Ron and Ginger were so welcoming and helpful. We love Heber Springs Arkansas and the Red River.

Sweet cottage
I reserved the cottage for a Father’s Day weekend for my husband. He recently started trout fishing and this weekend was my gift to him. It was really hot that weekend so he limited his fishing time but enjoyed it. The cottage is just a few steps from the owner’s home which is convenient. The beautiful property had lots of options for sitting outside and watching the river roll by. The cottage was perfect for our weekend get away.

Great river getaway
We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Cabin at Cow Shoals. We’ve visited the area for over 20+ years, and this was the absolute best rental ever. The cabin was well stocked, with all the little details taken care of. Ron and Ginger were terrific hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed. Ron took us fishing one afternoon, and my lifetime fish count has easily doubled after his lessons. We can’t wait to return so I can practice setting the hook! Seriously, I’ve stayed at 5-star resorts that didn’t take care of me as well as we were taken care of at the Cabin at Cow Shoals! I know this will make it harder for us to get future reservations, but don’t pass up an opportunity to stay here!

Our stay here was wonderful. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked. The view from the back porch was beautiful. The river was extremely peaceful. Ron and Ginger treated us like family. Ron took time out of his day and even fished with me for awhile. We were looking for a place to rest and unwind and this was perfect. We will stay here again.

Ron and Ginger were wonderful hosts and gave us a lot of information for things to do and places to go. The cabin was beautiful and perfectly stocked. The views were amazing. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the river. We didn’t catch any fish this time but it was a lot of fun trying.

We couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay in Heber Springs. Ron was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The kindest man! Shared fishing tips and advice, lures and was sure to check in on us when a storm blew through. The house was perfect, the views were amazing and the fishing was good! We are already wanting to plan a trip back. It was the best weekend getaway.

Great Fly Fishing Trip to The Little Red (Cow Shoals)
What a great place to stay and fish! Ron and Ginger are wonderful people and treat you like family. CoCo was great too (Yorkie). Cabin at the Shoals has everything you need. It's super clean, quiet and comfortable. The natural scenery of this place is a must see. Ron is a wealth of knowledge on fly fishing and fishing in general. He knows patterns of trout, types of flies and where to fish. Ginger and Ron are also very helpful with local knowledge. If you want to see wildlife, this is the place. We saw deer, owls, geese, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, butterflies and a ton of lighting bugs. If you are a star gazer, this is also a great place to gaze. Our fishing trip was great and we caught a ton of fish. We will be back! Joel (Pineville, Louisiana)

Great place in nature!
Access to the river to just sit and listen to the birds was lovely. Wifi was strong on the back porch, was able to sit out there and work - with the hummingbirds flying around. (we were in town for a wedding, and not fishers, but it was convenient to everything we needed. Great hosts!

PERFECT STAY
My grandson (19) and I have fished the White and Red River for several years and stayed in several nice locations, but from the hosts to the property to the location on the river, this was the best ever. It really is 5 star plus.
