Kerran elämässä Toledo Bend

Jokaiselle jotakin täällä. Serenityä löytyy kuistilta kupillisella kahvia ja perhe-aikaa voi nauttia järven rannalla, jossa uima-alue on riittävän matala pienille lapsille. Kajakkeja aikuisille ja teini-ikäisille. Ja uimakansi koko perheelle.
Lähes 3000 neliöjalkaa asuintilaa, jossa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta (mukaan lukien yksi täysi kylpyhuone ulkopuolella) sekä kaksi hyvin varustettua keittiötä, yksi päätasolla ja yksi alakerrassa, jossa on useita kahvinkeittimiä, tehosekoittimia, kattiloita ja pannuja sekä täydet laitteet molemmissa. Läpi baari keittiön alakerran ulkopuolelta ja poreallas yläkerran kylpyhuoneessa.
Istuu noin 2. 2 hehtaarin (plus takaisinvuokraus) noin 300 jalkaa rantaaluetta ja 2 tarina venevaja. Ulkopuolella on betoniympyrän asema, 4-autoinen autokatos betonilla runsaasti tilaa pysäköintiin ja / tai veneen perävaunun helppoa ohjaamista
Upeat näkymät järvelle kaikilla tasoilla. Naapuruston veneiden lasku lähellä.
Talossa on puolivälissä järven sijainti Texasin puolella Toledo Bend ja Cypress Bend näkyy järven yli.
Veneetalo on hyvin valaistu riippumatolla rentouttavaksi iltapäivänä ja yläkansi upeat näkymät avoimeen järveen.
Vuodepaikkoja 11 + king size -vuoteella Master yläkerrassa ja alakerran makuuhuoneessa ja Queen-vuoteet kahdessa muussa makuuhuoneessa sekä parivuode alakerrassa. Muita ilmapatjoja ja liinavaatteita löytyy alakerran kaapista.

Amazing stay!
House had everything we needed to accomodate our large group! We were 4 families with approximately 22-24 people! Everyone had a place to sleep!! Lots of extras like water noodles, floats, folding chairs and the grill. The host was super accessible and answered quickly. Over all we have this place saved under a favorite to come back to.

Slice of Heaven
Stayed with friends and family for an extended weekend. Absolutely loved this property. Pretty much spent the entire weekend outside at the boat dock enjoying the water and fishing. Setup of the home was unique and we really enjoyed the dual kitchens. Host was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful property.

BEST TIME EVER!
The property is beautiful inside and outside. The house was very clean and has everything you need from toiletries to cooking to just having a great time and relaxing. There was plenty of space for our family and friends. We spent most of our time outside. The weather was great! Lots of trees, shade, and chairs for just hanging out outside. The boathouse was awesome. We brought a pontoon and a bass boat. Both boats fit nicely in it. The swim deck was also a big plus for us. We swam and fished from it. We had the BEST time!!

Grand Trip
It was the best trip ever. It was so much fun and relaxing in spite of the weather. The kids took the kayaks out and explored the banks and we sat on the dock in the swings and enjoyed the view. The house has everything to offer. We fried fish, we barbecued and so much more. Plan to book again

Wonderful time with family!
The property was beautiful and very clean!!! My kids loved the boathouse which is w where we stayed most of the day and night!!! Loved the swimming area even though it was a little cold!!!! Lakeside Dream
Every person in our family continued to say how awesome this place was all weekend. The layout was perfect! There was room for everyone. We fished, played games, played on the hill, had a fire and so much more. It was absolutely perfect. You will NOT find better! Communication with the owner was top notch. The place was perfect and we really didnt need to contact him, but when we did, he was so friendly and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough! Our goal is to be back this summer!

Needs help
The interior of the house was fine clean and well decorated. The exterior landscape and decks need help, the dock was in dis repair and was unusable for my boat. I would have thought for the price everything would have been A+ but it came up short. I was surprised to see a sign at the entrance that said no VRBOs allowed and that there were for sale signs on the dock and street .

Better than described!
This place was great! Perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were 3 couples, 3 teens and 6 kids 8 and under. The kids and grandkids had a blast playing in the water, fishing and kayaking. We all had plenty of space and bathrooms. We definitely will be back!

Amazing vacation!!!
What an awesome vacation rental!! The house was so great but the dock was the best part! The kids loved the kayaks and spent almost all day outside. The hill to the dock is fairly steep but even our 84 year old parents were able to maneuver down to sit and watch the great grandkids. The home has everything you would need for a great vacation and the few minor issues we had (no power for 18 hours due to a horrendous storm overnight) Brandon was immediately responsive and checked in to make sure we were ok. Thanks so much, we had a great week and can’t wait to go back soon!!

Relaxing Weekend
Pictures do not do this property justice. It is wonderful. 8 adults had all the space and privacy we would ever need. The most comfortable property we’ve ever rented, and I travel frequently. Fully stocked with all you need for your weekend on the lake. You will have everything from coffee pot to fishing poles!! Speaking of fishing, we didn’t catch much, but their boat dock is a dream come true. Huge, with the most amazing furniture for rental property I’ve ever seen. Property owner is the best, thanks for having us, Brandon!

A fantastic place to unwind!
Everting you need for a relaxing fishing trip. Two well equipped kitchens, spacious home and with plenty of parking. Boat launch within walking distance from the home. We caught over 100 catfish right off the pier. Brush tops nearby for white perch. Highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Fishing Cabin Getaway
Our family of 10 including 2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 4 children stayed at this fishing cabin. The fishing off the dock with safety rails was relaxing. We caught lots of catfish when the weather cooperates! The guys enjoyed the kayaks in the quiet canal. We saw a beaver and bald eagles! The two kitchens and the outside bathroom were handy! Be prepared that the main level bathroom toilets are low and you will get your workout going down to the dock and back up. The home did need some attention and a message regarding this was sent to the owner.

Wanted to Love It
The lake views were beautiful, weather was lovely, and there was plenty of space in the house. The main floor kitchen was great for our group. However, am unable to give a better overall rating as the outdoor spaces and furniture needed cleaning and had an unusual abundance of spiders.
