GASLIGHT COTTAGE - Keskusta Hendersonville

Nauti vierailustasi tässä lumoavassa tiilimökissä, joka sijaitsee helpon kävelymatkan päässä Main Street -kadun monista kaupoista ja ravintoloista historiallisessa Hendersonvillen keskustassa.

Kodissa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa isännässä on queen-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. On täysi kylpyamme käytävältä ja puoli kylpy pois päälliköltä. Siellä on täysin varustettu keittiö niille, jotka nauttivat kotona valmistetusta ateriasta seikkailupäivän jälkeen kauniissa ympäröivissä vuoristossa. Ruokasalissa on suuri käsintehty sydämen männyn maatilapöytä aterioita, pelejä, pulmia tai korttipelejä varten. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja television tai elokuvien katseluun valikoimasta DVD-levyä. Kotona on myös Wi-Fi-yhteys. Nauti aamusta tai illallisen jälkeen kahvista viereisessä auringonhuoneessa ja tarkkaile naapuruston valkoista oravaa!

Yksityisellä aidatulla takapihalla on suuri kansialue, grilli, piknikpöytä ja palokammio nauttiaksesi Blue Ridge -vuorten kauniista vuodenaikoista. Pieni vihannespuutarha vieraille, jotka voivat nauttia kauden aikana. Alueellisiin aktiviteetteihin kuuluvat Flat Rock Playhouse, Carl Sandburg Home, Jump-Off Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estate, Dupont State Forest, Sky-Top Orchard, Savupiippu, Lurejärvi ja Asheville.

The Cottage Experience
This was the most amazing cottage experience. From the intricately placed decor, to the vintage Southern antique feel. We will never forget the kind hospitality and amazing detail placed in every part of making our experience amazing. The gift basket as well as the amazing customer service is just a small portion of why we love Gas Light Cottage and will definitely return as well as recommend in the future. Great location and charm!

Hendersonville baseball tournament / vacation
We were visiting Hendersonville for a baseball tournament and this location was perfect due to space and amenities needed for a family of 4z Also, the proximity to downtown Hendersonville and Jackson Park worked well. The property is well kept and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute, fun house to enjoy with my three sisters! Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Easy to find and get around the area. Easy drive to downtown, Pisgah Forest, The Biltmore, and a few consignment stores. Would live there in a minute!

Nice place in a nice neighborhood
The host Morgan is great, very helpful and responsive for check-in, and -out. This place is conveniently located near downtown Hendersonville. The small kitchen is adequately provisioned, and there is laundry and other amenities. The layout of the house is interesting, which means it probably had a revision or two in its life. Overall highly recommended.

Awesome Stay
We have stayed at many rental properties and very picky when searching for a house. This has been by far the best experience we have had. The cottage was exactly as described, very clean, and felt like being at home. We didn't want to leave. Morgan was the best host. We are looking forward to visiting family in Hendersonville again soon and staying in Gaslight Cottage.

I seriously can not recommend Morgan and Gaslight Cottage enough. Morgan has done an exceptional job with the cottage. It is beautifully decorated and you can tell much thought was put in to what one might possibly need during their stay. You can not ask for a better location either. It was so convenient to Downtown Hendersonville and a short drive to all the local must sees.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. The cottage is nicely appointed and delightful. Morgan has thought of everything her clientele would need. We even had a gift basket awaiting us on the dining room table with a handwritten note welcoming us to the cottage. Gaslight Cottage is charming and a wonderful place from which to base your visit in western NC. We highly recommend it; we'll be back to this delightful gem!

This is a great property. Check in was easy and Morgan was communicative about the process. The house is very laid out with mid century charm. Well decorated and furnished with everything you should need! Downtown Hendersonville and Asheville short drives away as well as many outdoor activities! Great family vacation!
We traveled with our daughters (ages 2 and 8 weeks) for vacation in the mountains for a week. Morgan is an accommodating and thoughtful host, providing just about everything you can think of to make the rental feel like a home. We especially enjoyed the fenced-in yard, proximity to the park/green space, and relative walkability to the downtown area (we are active so it wasn’t too far). We appreciate everything Morgan did to facilitate our trip and make it as easy as possible, and would recommend the home to couples and families alike.

Fantastic
Fantastic place. They really thought of everything and there are a million detailed touches. Neat, charming house near restaurants. Cable tv for football or shows if you want. Tons of towels and blankets. The welcome basket and drinks were much appreciated!
