Welcome to our spacious home in the heart of Hendersonville. Construction on this new home was completed in summer of 2022.
- Cozy up to the gas fireplace or head outdoors and enjoy the 6 person hot tub, back deck, or flagstone patio with fire table.
-Arrival to the bungalow is easily accessible with a level paved driveway in a quiet neighborhood.
-We also provide 4 Adult bikes and 2 child bikes for your enjoyment.

Enjoy all that Western NC has to offer.
-Our home is less than a block from the future Ecusta Trail, a 15 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to Main Street Hendersonville with all the quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy.
-A 10 minute walk to Dry Falls Brewery or the newly opened Trail Side Brewery and a short drive to local Vineyards and Apple Orchards.

The open main floor boasts a large kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay, plenty of seating along the island or at the dining table, a cozy lounge area in front of the fireplace and ample seating in the living room for watching movies and relaxing.
This one level home has a Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with a spacious spa like shower.
There are two ‘sister’ rooms with Queen beds that share the second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
A third room boasts a bunkbed the kids will love or use it as a private office with a dedicated work space and lots of natural light.

The two car garage provides an added hangout space complete with Table Tennis and Corn hole. So even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy these games.

All linens provided for your stay as well as a Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash and a few cleaning supplies for your convenience.

High speed internet, and cable are available to stay connected, work or stream your favorite shows.

We also welcome your family dogs (2 max.) and provide a fenced dog run, plenty of pet friendly blankets so they can cuddle up with you while relaxing, and doggie bags for easy cleanup outside.

The property was clean and well appointed, with a great floor plan. I had been concerned since pets are allowed, but it was very clean and no sign or odor from former pets with guests. Only suggestions would be full length mirrors in some of the bedrooms and maybe a small table and reading lamp in the queen bedrooms.

Clean and comfortable, close to town center
This is a great little bungalow for checking out Hendersonville and the surrounding area. We stayed here and visited nearby Saluda, as well as the Biltmore estate, which is just a short drive. This place was probably the most spotlessly clean of any rental I've stayed in. My family of 4 was quite comfortable, and we loved the fireplace (used constantly) and all the hotel-type touches (bathroom products in the showers, extra clean towels, toilet paper, etc.). The walls are thin, so you will hear people in neighboring bedrooms get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. There also seems to be some kind of sump pump under the master bedroom, which we could hear running the first couple of nights after it rained. Overall, a great trip.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Hendersonville. The house is great, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing ping pong and basketball, sitting around the fire pit and in the hot tub. Our entire group was in agreement that we give this place 5 stars, and wouls definitely recommend to anyone interested in the area.

Fantastic getaway
Perfect location, just a few blocks from downtown activities. Loved having access to the bikes to quickly get around town without worrying about parking. The fireplace made for a cozy evenings. Everything in the kitchen is labeled for ease of access, which was a nice touch. So cute; would return on a future trip!

Nice Relaxing Getaway
We absolutely loved all the amenities this property offered, even though we only ended up using one of them. The house was just as described in the description, very clean & well organized. The only possible item missing was a full length mirror & that’s of course only for those of us that like to check themselves out before leaving the house.

Niece’s Wedding Weekend
A beautiful home that is very near a developing railtrail. Fairly short walk to the active downtown area. We had to checkout early because of hurricane Helene hitting the area. We would recommend this home to any family or group that needs a comfortable place close to downtown Hendersonville. The host was very approachable and willing to work with us during a storm emergency. Responses to questions came back in a fairly short time interval.

Great Location; Well Stocked Home
The house is in a great location - we walked for coffee in the morning at HenDough and for ice cream in the evening at Whit's. We also walked to downtown Hendersonville one day for a late lunch. Also, great location to drive to various hiking trails. House was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Property management was responsive for the few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything
Truly lovely stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It is close to everything Hendersville has to offer ( apple picking, downtown, breweries, etc) The house has nice activities to do (ping pong, basketball, etc.) and even had bikes available. Perfect stay and will be even better when the trail opens up. Thank you

Another great stay at the Yellow Bike Bungalow
This was our second time staying at the Yellow Bike Bungalow and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here once again. We love the location and the neighborhood is safe and so quiet. The house is very clean and equipped with anything you might need. Everything is close by such as grocery stores, bakeries, ice cream places and restaurants. This is our go to place when we visit Hendersonville and we’ll be back again.

Perfect Henderson retreat
We loved everything about this rental - location, amenities, cleanliness, and communication with the owners. The sustainability touches were also appreciated - Blueland cleaning products, Public Goods bath products, dryer balls, etc. With its proximity to the Ecusta Trail currently under construction, it will soon be in a prized location for cyclists. We can’t wait to return!

Very impressed with cleanliness and amenities. We have two small dogs, worked out perfect with a nice backyard and smaller fenced in area where the dogs could be off leash. Yard was well maintained. Great location, very close to downtown Hendersonville.

Great quiet place
My husband and I, plus our small dog enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well appointed. The yard is also luscious and well cared for. We are seniors and didn’t use some of the recreational equipment that the property offers like the bicycles and hot tub but enjoyed the ping pong table and grill. The house is very convenient to to everything in Hendersonville and Flat Rock. We would definitely recommend this wonderful vacation house.

Great house with lots of fun toys and comfie beds!
We had 6 people and 2 dogs at the house. The layout is great, allowing for ample space for our group. The hot tub, ping pong table and cornhole were hits! The fenced in dog run is great to allow the dogs to hang out outside with us. The beds are very comfortable. We all slept well. There is a lot of extra linens which was great!! Holly was wonderful!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here while in Hendersonville! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated which made for a welcoming visit! We loved the proximity to town and surrounding areas.
