Every season, our hotels and resorts are being refurbished to make sure they are offering upgraded services and surpass our guests’ expectations. Moreover, the renovation of Rinela is still ongoing as there are still outlets for renovation like you kindly noted below about Main Restaurant and fitness area. Regarding the table reservations, we would like to kindly mention that we designed specific online reservations system, so everyone can have the chance to enjoy our dining and book online a table at our hotel’s theme restaurants. We understand that guests would like to book multiple times at the à la carte restaurants. However, we have implemented specific rules and limitations on our table reservation system, aiming to satisfy each and every one of our guests and giving all of them the opportunity to try our à la carte restaurants and this service is provided upon availability, which is stated on our official website. To enhance our guest assistance, our colleagues at the lobby accept requests for the theme restaurants every morning. This service is designed to assist guests who may encounter difficulties securing reservations through the concierge platform.We really hope to welcome you again in our hotel, letting us offer you additional and exciting experiences in the Greek tradition, with authentic hospitality and memorable moments – something we have provided travelers with for more than twenty years.
