This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Main Level:
The main level of the home features an open floor plan with vaulted beam ceilings in the great room, offering a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth and gas starter adds a cozy touch to the living area. The large kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and includes an outdoor gas grill and a custom-built family table that seats 10. A small bar sink is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The primary bedroom is located on this level, complete with an en suite bathroom. There is also a wraparound deck on two sides and a large screened-in porch, perfect for outdoor living and enjoying the surrounding tree views.
Upper Level:
On the upper level, you'll find three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. This level also includes two bathrooms, providing convenience for guests staying on this floor.
Lower Level:
The lower level consists of one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. Each floor is equipped with its own thermostat, ensuring personalized comfort throughout the home.
Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside from the main living room into a charming screened-in porch, complete with plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding with a morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening with friends. From the porch, walk out onto the wrap-around deck, where a patio table offers the ideal spot for outdoor dining. The deck connects directly to the kitchen and dining area, making entertaining a breeze. Surrounded by nature, it’s a peaceful space to relax, dine, and soak in the fresh mountain air.
Note that the driveway is steep. There are two parking pads but space to turn around is limited. Parking is also available behind the house with steps up to a main floor entry. A ramp is also available for extra convenience. If parking in tight spaces is an issue for you, carefully consider the pictures before booking.
