Lovely home on wooded lot in the highly sought after Mirror Lake neighborhood. The screened porch is a true highlight - great for napping, reading and entertaining. You will enjoy the cool temperatures and lovely breezes even in the summer (the elevation at the house is 3832). There is also a pretty field stone porch with adirondack chairs and a swing perfect for relaxing. Off the screened porch is a large, bright great room with a wood burning fireplace. We enjoy cooking so you will find the kitchen to be stocked with all the pots, pans and tools you need to create a great meal. This peaceful home is also conveniently located just 1.7 miles from downtown. You can even walk to downtown via beautiful and safe back roads. If you need to stay in touch with the outside world, there is wi-fi and cable (all the channels you could want!).

During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Nantahala National Forest. Features include laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the cottage.
