Amazing value for a truly lovely room.
This may be the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Super comfy bed, great couch/lounging area with a smart TV, second big tv in the bed bedroom. Everything was new and good quality. Snacks and bottled water in the room --complimentary! We definitely will come back. I hesitate giving such a good review because I don't want everyone else to find this place. We wanted to hike Water Canyon and couldn't believe there was such a nice place so nearby.

Spacious suite with easy parking and self check-in/out. Beautiful view around the area. The location is still a tad far out (1hr drive) from Zion National Park, but good value otherwise. The furnishing is a bit worn out, you can clearly see a lot of damages by pets with scratches and dog bites. The bedroom sink was clogged. Screws on the dining chairs were loose they were unsafe to sit on. The kitchen is well equipped but missing some essentials like a cutting board. Elaine is helpful but only available from 10am-7pm. Still a pleasant stay overall.

50 min from Zion but so worth it
We stayed here for Zion. For the price you wont beat it! We booked a room with king bed and kitchenette. It has a seperate living area. The kitchenette was so nice! Has a ground/pod duo style coffee maker with coffee and extras provided. They even have waters and road snacks in the room. They bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. (Firm but i like it that way) The bathroom was great because it had a large walk in shower with endless hot water, and immaculately clean. The ac is quiet but works really well. We used a small box fan we brought just to have background noise when sleeping. We never heard a peep from our neighbors. You can park right in front of your rental. Of all 6 hotels we used, this was my favorite.

Wonderful place to stay
Front desk was very informative about restaurants and stores in the area. This place was cozy and had a beautiful view of the mountains while having my coffee on the back patio. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Elaine has built a nive quiet motel, we rented the family suoyr which had a full kitchen. Seperate bedroom for adult coupme amd a futon for a child or kid. The owner was super friendly and helpful and in no way intrusive. Would stay again., about 40 mins to zio. If gps takes you down a dirt road shortcut. Careful yhe road was a little slippery in a sedan. Ours was rented so didnt give two hoots

Clean, modern and tastefully decorated.
The room was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. We liked the location as it was away from the hustle and bustle. It was a 50 minute drive to the canyon. Probably if I was to say anything the pillows were feather which may suit some but can cause an allergic reaction for others. Really happy with our choice to stay there and happy to recommend.
