Kävele Beach, Westin, Marriott, pyörätiet, ravintolat ja kylpylät. Condo on kokonaan uusittu graniitti, parketit, uusi maali, uudet kylpyhuoneet, uudet huonekalut, uudet televisiot, kaikki uudet!

Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja LCD-TV. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta nukkua yhteensä kahdeksan ihmistä. Olohuoneessa on taitettava sohva, suuri LCD-TV, ruokailutila, avokeittiö, jossa graniittilaskurit, uudet kaapit ja uudet laitteet. Kävele ulos katettu kuisti ja unohtaa Port Royal Golf Course kanssa laguuninäkymät.

Sijainti, kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, maailmanluokan mukavuudet ja golf- ja laguuninäkymät. Yhteisössä on uima-allas ja tenniskentät Port Royalissa kävelyetäisyydellä. This is the least impressive condo we've stayed in during our 10 years of visiting Hilton Head. We knew what to expect in this part of Port Royal, as we've stayed in this area before. As for the condo, it was like staying in someone's cluttered stack of things that really needed to go to Goodwill. The dining chairs, sliding door handle, beach chairs, and dresser handles were broken. The comforter was ripped. The bathrooms look like they were recently updated, but the shower drain was clogged, so it filled with water when in use There were 3 coffee makers, 2 crock pots, and so many random dishes, but no baking sheet or space to put food. The closets were full of clutter, not really usable in the second bedroom. I had to shift things around since we had 4 people sharing that space for a week! There was a nasty broken ironing board just taking up space. We had to buy a cheap rug for wiping our feet so the condo didn't get full of sand and don't get me started on the dead cockroaches everywhere. The back patio had some big gross pads wrapped in plastic laying on the ground and the chairs were so grimy we had to use towels to sit on anything. The patio wasn't really usable in its condition. Needless to say, we were not impressed. I considered taking pictures or talking to the rental manager, but I was way too focused on enjoying my time on the island. None of this ruined our trip, but we will not stay here again in this condition. Decluttering and practical additions are needed.

Good location, poor service
We love the location of the units. Some are better than others. We drove all the way down to their office to pick up a piece of paper with the code on it. Something that could be easily emailed to save 45 min. We had problems with the cable. We finally got them working but needed a new cable wire for the main tv which was never dropped off after asking several times. The coffee pot was so usual and old we didn’t know how to use it so we used the small one. Nit pickying it seems, but the main complaint was the sarcastic Rental company. He wasn’t pleasant to talk to for just a few minor requests. The location is the best part about the unit.

My stay was less than desirable
When arriving to the office the agent wasn't there, we waited an additional 40 minutes for her to arrive just to give us a code that could have been emailed to me. After getting to the condo at just before check in, it was not ready, to no fault to the cleaning crew the prior tenants didn't leave till 3:30 pm, we were not able to get into our room until 5:30 making it impossible to pick my son up at the air port forcing me to get a $150 uber, then after looking at the inside it was nice, except for the spare bathroom there was black mold on the ceiling and the spare pillows has blood spots on them, totally unacceptable, since the island was fully booked up we had no choice but to stay. If I was asked to stay again I might as long as this place was ready for renters and my truck wasn't broken in to. On the positive it was a nice location and the layout was comfortable I don't feel this unit should be rented until these conditions are fixed.

Great location,5 minutes walk to the beach. north of beach access....not crowded whatsoever ! Grilling area is a little out of reach but very doable. Condo very comfortable and well maintained. highly recommend !!! Can't wait till next time.!!

Beautiful location. Would rent again!
Close and walkable to beach and right off bike paths. Nice pool. Friendly neighbors. Stocked like a timeshare - dishes, etc. Loved the back deck setting with lagoon/golf course. Second bedroom can be its own suite. Bike rentals that delivered a plus! A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that deterred a lovely stay! Would definitely rent again!

first floor condo in Port Royal Village
Quiet area with nice outside seating but the cushions needed to be replaced or cleaned. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t open since it was advertised as having a pool. Easy walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and toys but no beach towels but plenty of bath towels. The shower was nice and we liked the convenience of a washer/dryer in the condo. A few things needed fixed like towel hook in the bathroom & light fixture in the dining room. The light rattled every time someone upstairs was walking. Since the condo had a keyless entry we didn’t enjoy driving an extra 40 minutes. Not sure why the door code couldn’t be texted & the WiFi information left in the condo like other VRBO properties we have rented.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood
Our place was off the beaten path and we could watch some people playing a hole on the adjacent golf course from our patio. A few things to beware of: As others have stated it is very hard to find the place. The address in your GPS does not help you. The owners need to write down very descriptive directions or give the latitude/longitude GPS coordinates to find the place. We had some minor issues that we contacted the property manager about and he left a phone message for us to call him. We tried several times and finally went to leave a voice mail and his box was full. We then left a very detailed account of these issues and asked that only one of them be fixed while we were there. We never heard from the manager again. The issues were minor so it was only a slight inconvenience. The place needs a little touch up coat of paint and the patio cushions need to be replaced. Directions to the beach would have been helpful, as well as where the trash cans outside were. All in all, a nice place.

Fantastic condo!
Loved this location and unit. Layout was perfect for us and it’s an easy walk to the beach. Decor was fantastic and the ceiling fan on the back deck an amazing addition that most units don’t have! Also unit was exceptionally clean. Note that the directions to the unit are a little vague right at the very end, so ask for turn-by-turn directions to the unit’s door when you book if you are unfamiliar with the area. I will definitely book here again!

Close to beach for a bike ride
I have no major complaints other than the AC. I like it very cool and this thermostat seemed to shut off at 70°. Not really how my family likes it at home. Other than that we had a great time with a short bike ride to the beach access! Pool was small but steps away from the room. Will definitely return!

Nice unit. Housekeeping could be somewhat better. The floor had lots of sand on it when we checked in; almost like it had not been cleaned. Description states only five minute walk to beach; it is actually more like ten when you are carrying beach chairs, umbrella's, and coolers. Very lovely beach and weather was great. Don't do your grocery shopping on day of check-in, Saturday. We stood in line for almost 45 minutes waiting to check out and all of the registers were open at Krogers! We woul probably go back.

Great location to beach
We were very happy with our condo. It had a quick walk to the beach with a paved path. Parking was right at the door and it was close to the main road through the island. We were on the North end of island so about a 6-8 mile drive to the coligny center which is considered the hot spot. there were great places to eat everywhere and everything is really close. Make sure to get your review packet from them in an email with all the directions and detail on getting access to the condo. My email went to spam so I didn't have all the necessary details. The property manager was very helpful and considerate. Even stopped by the next day to check on us. We were very pleased with the quick communication and prompt response to our calls and email when we were lost. Great condo but the only condiment was salt. Coffee maker is a four cup so with a condo fit to sleep 6 people it is a bit small. All the necessary pots, pan, baking dishes and plates were available for a large group. We would stay here again in a heart beat. THANKS

Perfect for many but not perfect for us.
Overall this condo was what we were looking for and was clean and nicely updated. We loved the jacuzzi tub. There was some minor issues but only one HUGE issue that would prevent us from staying here again. Beds were not super comfortable but I don't like really firm beds. Definitely had enough space for 6 people and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean for the most part but there were big dead beetles on the floors, and a dead lizard in front of the sliding glass door :( poor little lizard was probably trying to get back outside. I did most of the cooking in the house and brought a lot of my own equipment but LOVED the granite, there were plenty of nice dishes and silverware to use. Our can opener was broken and that was disappointing since we didn't know until trying to open for dinner one night. Luckily we asked a local and they let us borrow. The TV in our bedroom we never could get to work. I think labels and a little organizing would have made things easier to find in the kitchen. I had read that the directions to get to were confusing and I would have to agree. Once we turned onto Folly Field we had to stop and ask someone where to go- GPS did not take us all the way too! Our HUGE issue is that this Condo is setup so that it could be rented out as 2 separate rentals which we did not know! While bringing everything in and unpacking my 1 year old was playing with the door into our bedroom and closed herself into the bedroom. It was then that we realized that there was no handle on our side to open this door back up and we did not have the keys to open the second door to the other side! After trying the keys and calling maintenance to which we got no answer I was getting ready to call 911 or kick the door in to get to my daughter when my friends spouse was able to use a card to get the door open! We placed something in front of the door after that! But if they are going to rent out the whole rental as 1 rental then we should have the keys to get into both sides!!! We had 3 keys and I even checked again later just to make sure that one of them did not go to the other side but none of them worked~!

It was fine. Not as clean as I’d hoped Kitchen not very well equipped. Could not sit on deck due to mosquitos. Also, could not use pool in evening due to mosquitos. Found three dead roaches which was unnerving.
