Family Thanksgiving Week
This property accommodated our family of 7 adults and 4 children wonderfully. The kitchen was stocked with everything from a blender, 2 coffee makers, crock pot, electric griddle, etc. We especially loved the proximity to the beach.

Marvelous vacation
The house was so much bigger than it looked on line. The kitchen and family room layout were fabulous. We could have lots of people working in the kitchen together. The pool was great and part was shaded. The walk to the beach was so short and easy that my 88 year old mother in law easily walked back and forth. The management company was very responsive and super helpful.

Our family enjoyed the week in this lovely and clean home. We opted for the heated pool and our grandchildren had a blast. The beach is a short walk and we enjoyed biking to Salty Dog for ice cream. Communication with the property management was excellent.

Fantastic Stay!
We had an amazing stay and the property was exactly as stated online. Great location in Sea Pines and closet to the beach. If you have a larger group the house is spacious and provides a ton of extras like laundry detergent and dish soap. The travel size soaps in each bathroom were great too. We would highly recommend.

Great vacation property
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with our children and grandchildren. The pool was heated and everyone loved it. There is no ocean view but the walk to the beautiful beach with white sand is easy and pretty and the beach is stunning. We cooked good meals in the well stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and even though they are all on one hall the sound proofing is good, the big table is great for a group. Linda and are super with communication. There are stairs up to the main floor so if that is a problem for people you shouldn’t rent tlhis house. We had a wonderful time at dream catcher.

Perfect house for vacation
This house was exactly what we were looking for for our Sea Pines vacation. It fit our large group perfectly and loved the location to the beach. The pool and hot tub were such a great bonus. We would definitely suggest this house to others.

Overall, we had a great week at 24 Green Heron. Proximity to the beach was excellent - just a short walk. The pool and spa were nice. We did have an issue with the spa heater, but the management company quickly sent someone to help. The spa remote is a bit tricky, so be sure to watch the included video. The deck surrounding the spa was VERY slick when wet and needs cleaned. Several of the kids slipped in that area. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was functional and clean. Having two A/C units was nice, and we had no issues keeping the place cool. Overall, the house could use some updating (especially the kitchen), but it was great for what we needed.

Such a great spot!
My family and I returned to this property for the second time and it was equally as perfect and exactly what we needed space and proximity to beach wise. We had a hot water issue while we were there and the property managers were easy to get a hold of and very attentive. Also really nice people! It has great space for hanging out but also many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone was comfortable! We will come back for sure in the future.

Great Beach House!
We loved the location of the property. We have never stayed this close to the beach and it made all the difference. We easily fit 8 people in the house with plenty of room. The kitchen was really nice, and the extra full-size fridge on the first floor was a huge bonus! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!

Very nice-good location
We had extended family stay over Thanksgiving week so there were 10 of us in the house plus we had others over for an anniversary party. The house is nice-nothing spectacular but comfortable and decent. We did have problems with the hot tub heat not working but it was addressed by the management company and we were reimbursed for the days it wasn't working. All in all a good stay and vacation. In reality probably a 4.3 but not quite enough for me to give it 5 stars.
