Enjoy ocean breezes your entire stay at Breakers 114. This is an incredible oceanfront first floor (above parking) completely remodeled condo. All appliances, cabinetry, flooring and furniture are brand new spring 2020. This unit is a dream for a couples getaway. Direct access to the pool, beach and Coligny plaza make this a great spot for all of Hilton Head Island's famous south end amenities. Coligny Plaza and Pope Avenue provide instant access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. This unit is a gem.

Condo was just as expected. Great access to beach, 1st floor so we didn’t have too many stairs. Condo had everything we needed. The only thing is that getting into the shower you have to basically step over the toilet. So if you had mobility issues,

Great Stay!
This property is located on the beach. Directly across the street is a plaza with several restaurants and shops. Technically, you do not have to drive again once you park. Even a grocery store is located across the street. A bar and grill is also located in the complex. We will be coming back.

Cozy Condo with Gorgeous Views
We booked this condo last minute on our way to the island, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The convenience being right on the beach and across from Coligny couldn’t be beat! The condo was clean and renovated beautifully, and nothing beats the view of the beach! The kitchen was well stocked, shower has great water flow and pressure, and the bed was comfortable. We were supplied with plenty of towels. The pool was close and the private path to the beach has a mesh overlay, which made it so much easier to walk on. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Breakers is fantastic
Management was very communicative. Location couldn't be better. Clean unit. View of the ocean. We wanted a late checkout and they accommodated us without an extra charge. I'd definitely stay there again.

Beach gem
Small but well appointed space; everything you need plus some extras (laundry is handy at the beach). The property is private - no public beach access- and the staff very watchful & attentive. Great beach & location is very walkable: plenty of food & entertainment options nearby. The only issue I encountered - water heater failure - was quickly addressed. Not a problem on 90+ degree day. :) It can get a bit noisy & hectic around public areas (stairs, halls) lots of families during my stay.

We have stayed for 3 nights at Breakers 114. The location of the apartment was great. Only a short walk to the beach or shops. Unfortunately we had to complain about the cleanliness of the floors and the shower. The property manager offered to re clean which we denied, cause we thought about we are better of doing it on our own. Surface etc was fine, but the floor was disgusting, considered we are having a under 2 year old child with us.

Great Valve Stay
We had an incredible family vacation at the Hilton Head Breakers 114 condo rental! The accommodations were perfect for our family of four, with enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The kids especially loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere of the community. We highly recommend this condo for a memorable and enjoyable family getaway!

Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to stores and eateries. Pool is beachfront and view is really pretty. Unit is nice, updated, washer and dryer is a plus! Could use some baking pans for pizza, biscuits, etc. but overall it was great!!

Overall our stay was fine. Great balcony for early morning coffee and sunrise. Great beach walking. Walls are thin and upstairs neighbors were a little noisy.

Outstanding Vacation Rental
Very nice unit and property! Super Clean! Ocean views from the deck and walking across the street to Coligany Square was great. No need to jump in the car as you have all your shops and restaurants/bars right there! To be able to jump onto the bike paths or to just head to the beach couldn’t be easier. Would recommend this unit for a couple as it maybe be a little tight with 4 adults...I think you could manage for a few days but more than that might be difficult! The Breakers is our new Go-To Location! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great place!
First time to this part of Hilton Head and this property, but it was great. It's not super fancy, but the location is perfect and right on the beach. Plus right next to my fave beach bar Jim's where the best fish sandwich is served! Unit was nicely updated, clean and sufficient for two! Thanks again for a great stay.

Beachfront oasis!
We absolutely loved our stay at 114! Beautiful condo with great colors and beach design, high end appliances, and really everything we needed with a 60 second walk to the beach! Seemed very small at first but once we got unpacked and organized, it was all we needed. The location cannot be beat with short walks to Pool Bar Jim's, the Tiki Hut, adventure playground, and all of the places at Coligny that are literally across the street. My 3 year old was so tired after running around on the beach all day that he was asleep by 7pm each night and actually slept in the bedroom so we didn't bother him. I was surprisingly comfortable sleeping on the pull out couch for most of the week. I saw gorgeous sunrises every morning and you can see the ocean from the balcony as well as listen to the live music from the Tiki Hut. We saw dolphins swimming from the beach almost every day. I would advise fellow travelers to drive to an actual grocery store on the island rather than the world's most expensive Piggly Wiggly to get everything you need for the condo (although you can walk to the PW). You can get to about anywhere on the island from the Breakers in about 15 minutes., which was also very convenient. This was our first time in HH, but I would and will absolutely stay at 114 when we return. Perfect for a couple our a small family like mine.

Nicely renovated beachfront condo!
Pros: newly renovated with beautiful kitchen and bathroom, great location, and nicely decorated. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach, then you can’t go wrong with this property. Can walk to multiple restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store as Coligny plaza is right across the street. Plenty of parking is available. Unit is stocked with everything you need; plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker (traditional one as well as a Keurig) etc.. even a pizza cutter and bottle opener. Multiple places to sit and eat with a small table and chairs, multiple bar stools, coffee table in front of the couch, or the nice patio furniture. The refrigerator was plenty large for everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in clutch with all of the wet clothes and towels each day. The property has added an elevator! We stayed on the 3rd floor a few years ago and it was horrible walking bags up and down three flights of stairs with the humidity. Cons: this is me being nit picky… while we enjoyed the balcony, there is an obstructed view of the beach due to the dunes which we knew about prior to booking. It was still great for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail and we spent a lot of time out there when not on the beach. The bedroom was pretty tight with somewhat limited storage for clothing and such. Probably fine for just a couple, tougher with a family, but we made it work. The bedroom door does not fully open as it bumps into a small nightstand. You can still easily get into the room and the nightstand was convenient. The bed was firm as others mentioned. My wife didn’t mind, but it was too firm for me. Our children slept on the couch bed. One complained it was uncomfortable while the other didn’t mind, but what else can you expect from a couch bed. I would suggest bringing a mattress topper if you plan on using it. The place did not appear dirty, but a few things could use a wipe down (bathroom moulding, decorations, sand under cushions when we pulled out the couch bed). Lastly, after driving 6 hours, we had to stop by the office to get the parking pass and key code. Not a big deal, but we did not have to do this the last time we stayed at this property. Verdict: this unit was very comfortable overall and we would recommend!
