A 15-minute boat ride takes you directly to your premier escape. Leave your cars at the Marina, grab your bags, and get ready to escape to a different world. There's no shortage of waterfront views here, and you'll enjoy them all as you explore, unwind in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy al fresco meals on the expansive deck.

Kan jam, spikeball, and other sports balls are available for outdoor competition. And golf carts, including a 4-seater and 6-seater, are ready to help you get around the large property.

Within the main house, expansive windows bring the panoramic water views inside, bathing the interiors in natural light. Designed with a bright and airy ambiance, the living room beckons with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water and horizon. It's one of the most beautiful spaces in the home.

Gather around the group-friendly banquet table with seating for 10. You'll find additional barstool seating in the gourmet chef's kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to serve a large group. An inner conservatory, built around a tree, brings the outdoors in and serves as one of the most unique features of Buck Island.

Five beautiful bedrooms in the main house, each featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom, guarantee each guest a private space of their own.

Buck Island also offers a guest house with a living area, full kitchen, and wraparound deck for additional accommodations. Two serene bedrooms with queen beds, three full bathrooms, and a bunk room with five full beds and an additional queen bed provide ample space. - Please note that, as a private island, this home offers a secluded and remote experience.
- There is a 15-20 minute boat ride to the island through part of the Broad Creek and Calibouge sound. The ONLY way to access the island is by boat. (You may encounter wild life such as dolphins during this time so keep your eyes open!)
- Your transportation to and from Buck Island will be included on your check-in/out days.
- If you would like additional boat rides or to add charters, boat rentals, or tours during your time here, please connect with our guest services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Parking Details:
- Parking will be available at Broad Creek Marina, where guests can securely leave their vehicles before embarking on a scenic journey to Buck Island with our experienced Boat Captains. Please ensure all luggage and gear are brought aboard the open-air boat for a comfortable ride. AvantStay covers the parking costs for 4 vehicles for the duration of the stay. Every vehicle after that is an additional $10 per day, per vehicle, payable to Island Head. For those requiring access to their vehicles during their stay, transportation arrangements must be made directly with Island Head.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
