Kaikki uudet olohuoneen kalusteet, kodinkoneet ja monet päivitykset, mukaan lukien uudet kvartsitasot keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneissa. Uudet kylpyhuonetarvikkeet ja kalusteet.

Huvilamme AR209 sopii erinomaisesti perhelomailuun, koska se sijaitsee noin 50 askeleen päässä rannasta! Se on täysin varustettu keittiö, makuuhuone, TV ja queen-vuode, vierashuone, jossa erilliset vuoteet ja kuningatar, vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Ruokasali mahtuu 6 mukavasti.

Hintaan sisältyy ilmainen langaton internet ja 2 HDTV: tä, kuten ilmainen tennis ja kuntosalin käyttö. Paikan päällä on 3 ravintolaa - urheilubaari (Coconutz), pizzaravintola (Gator'z Pizza) ja rento baari (Jamaica Joe'z) uima-altaan äärellä, jolta on näköala rannalle (erikoistunut pakastejuomiin).

Admiral's Row: n vieressä on uima-allas sekä toinen erittäin suuri uima-allas, jonka vieressä on lapsi-allas. Täältä löydät myös paljon sohvatuoleja, sateenvarjopöytiä, puoliksi peitetty huvimaja, hevosenkengät, rantalentopallo ja shuffleboard.

Tarjoamme 4 rantatuolia ja aurinkovarjo omaan käyttöösi. Tarjoamme pyyhkeitä ja liinavaatteita, mutta ei rantapyyhkeitä.

Siellä on 8 valaistua tenniskenttää ja 6 valaistua kattopallokenttää, joita voi käyttää vapaasti - rekisteröidy vain Tenniskeskukseen.

Kuntosalin vapaa käyttö!

Turvaportilla voi vuokrata polkupyöriä paikan päällä, ja Admiralin rivin molemmin puolin on pyörätelineitä.

Puuhiiligrillit ja piknikpöydät sijaitsevat lomakohteen ympärillä, ja joitakin löytyy rakennuksen pohjoispuolelta. Erittäin kätevä. Lasten leikkipaikan vieressä on enemmän, mikä on loistava paikka suurelle kokoontumiselle. Lapset voivat leikkiä leikkikentän varusteilla, ja aikuiset voivat katsella niitä vieraillessaan keskenään ja keitettäessä hot dogia ja hampurilaisia.

Meillä on 24 tunnin vartiointi, 7 päivää viikossa.
Tämä huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Adventure Cove. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas ja kuntokeskus. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Great time at Hilton Head
This is not a new property but is in great condition. It is clean and well kept. It has a nice ocean view from the large balcony. The unit is spaceous, probably a bit more than was really need for the two of us but it was nice to have the extra space.

Ocean view!
We loved being able to keep the screen on the sliding door open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean, and spacious. The beds were a bit firm, but overall it was just fine! Would stay again.

Great visit!
Condo is exactly like it is in the pictures. It was hard for me to tell how close to the beach it was when I looked at the pictures due to the boardwalk, but rest assured it is REALLY close to the beach. So convenient! We loved the balcony and every morning my 9-year-old would wake us up by reporting the weather conditions. We all really liked the tide clock, too, as it was helpful to determine where to set up on the beach. There were some colorful characters staying on the property, but luckily couldn’t hear them with the sliding glass doors shut. We cooked in almost every meal and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we needed.

Amazing View!
We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head! This was our first stay here, and Ian and Pat made it so enjoyable. When they say the condo is close to the beach, they mean it! We walked right out of the condo to the boardwalk and were on the beach in minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves in the morning and at night. We also enjoyed the pool which was a short walk from our condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Ian and Pat were kind enough to provide lots of information about the island including restaurant recommendations and things to do. We so appreciate their hospitality and hope to return again in the future!

Great time on Hilton Head Island
This is a great place! The view is as was advertised and the porch was so inviting - we spent a lot of time on the porch. It is nice as the sun does not pour onto the porch - so it is quite comfortable to sit outside and watch the waves and dolphins and birds. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. The beach is very easy to access. A great place - we will be back!

It's All About the View
This condo was clean and well-stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable week at the beach. We were also impressed with how friendly the other tenants were. But, ultimately, it was all about the view! We took every possible occasion to sit on the deck and soak in the great view of the beach and ocean. We hope to return.

Very close to beach.
Great location and nice condo. I’d swap out the master bed for a new firm mattress in king size. And maybe it’s time to get a cover for the sofa. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable thank you for being so accommodating

Fantastic Beach Stay
Once again an outstanding beach trip! We love staying in this condo because of the location but also because it is so comfortable to stay here! You can enjoy listening to the waves and watching the water either on this beach for from the beautiful balcony. We are so thankful we were able to go!

Great getaway!
Loved the location of this property! So, so close to the beach. Everything was in good working order. My friend and I had a great time! The only negative to me is the late checkin time of 4:00 PM. A 2:00 or 3:00 checkin time would be great since checkout is at 10:00 AM. I would definitely recommend this property for rental and would stay there again for sure!

Great location, clean and comfy
The location was great for our stay in HHI for a wedding. We had a nice view of the beach, but unfortunately didn't have much time to enjoy the resort with all of the wedding events. The place was clean, and I was happy that the carpet in the pictures had been replaced by wood floors. It was a bit bare bones in terms of amenities (like shampoo/soap). Overall, great! We would stay there again!

Beautiful Location!
Great location and steps from elevator and laundry room right next door to the room. The boardwalk to the beach literally right outside! I was very pleased. The pool size is awesome and having a little bar and grille next to the pool was great too. Loved my time there and will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Great place to stay
We had a great stay at this property! The floors were updated from the pictures posted in the listing so that was a pleasant surprise and made the room feel very updated and bright. It was a great location to the beach with great views. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond as well. Would recommend and would stay again!
