Courtside 9 on kaksikerroksinen rivitalo, yksi lento katutason yläpuolella. Courtside on 1. 5 korttelin päässä rannalta ja Van Der Meerin tenniskeskuksen vieressä. Erikoisjäsenyys Van der Meerin kanssa tarjoaa Courtside-asiakkaille tennisaikeudet jopa tunnin ajan päivässä per huoneisto. Tässä yhteisössä on kaksi uima-allasta, laguuni suihkulähteellä ja pysäköinti jokaisen kiinteistön etuovessa. Courtside sijaitsee 3 korttelin päässä Coligny Plazasta, Beach Marketista ja puistosta. Excellent condo
Very nice condo and in great condition. A/C wasn’t working when we arrived and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Perfect location
The location was perfect and the space was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with some mold on the ceiling (not shocking based on the time of year and recent weather), but the property manager came out immediately to try and address it. The mold did create issues for some people in our group (with some breathing issues) but the rest of us were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay, nice location
This townhouse was everything we expected it to be and we enjoyed our stay very much: spacious, clean, comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and beach. The property management company was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are only a few minor things that could make for a better stay: beach towels and sharper kitchen knives :)

Good location, but could use some TLC
Pros: lots of room, 5 minute walk to the beach, had a cart to take everything to the beach, two pools close by, kitchen had everything we needed, super easy check-in/check out. Cons: beds, pillows and comforters not the most comfortable, wifi upstairs is very spotty, nightstand in full/twin room doesn't have a track for drawers (daughter pulled drawer out and it fell on her foot - she was fine), small leak from chandelier (reported to management), front door is HARD to shut and lock. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Just more prepared, and maybe with our own blankets and pillows.

Nice unit a short walk from the beach!
The layout of this unit was perfect! Both bedrooms had their own full bathrooms, and there was a half bath downstairs as well. It had a nice open layout and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were just a short walk from the beach and in a good location that was conveniently close to beaches, shops, and dining. The only complaint was that the cleaning could have been a bit better. When you walk in, there is a musty smell to the unit; nothing overwhelming, but it is noticeable. There was also a piece of bacon left on the floor from the previous stay as well as a hair band left on the stairs, French fries and candy under the couch/chairs, etc. This wasn't a deal-breaker by any means, but these things were definitely noticeable upon entering the unit and made us wonder how well things were cleaned before our arrival. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice condo, nice location
The condo was as advertised. It was clean and everything worked well, A/C, wifi, appliances, etc. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Very easy to get to. The beach was great, soft sand (not rocky at all) and warm water. Would stay there again.

Great stay at Courtside!
We enjoyed our stay at Courtside! The condo was clean and the location was great! We ended up staying an extra night and the communication and process was quick and easy. The only complaint was that the condo was not ready at 4pm check in. It was nearly 6pm before it was ready. We showed up and the housekeeping crew did let us unload and store our stuff while they cleaned. I would have understood this during peak season, but not this time of year. All in all we had a great time! Courtside is a great place to stay!

Perfect beach getaway
I had a question beforehand and they were quick to respond and help me. Check in was easy and involved minimal contact, the place was just as pictured and was an easy 7ish minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. Everything was pretty clean, but I'd recommend they clean the ceiling fans more often. Other than that we had no complaints. Great value for the price and we'd definitely stay again.
