After taking the stairs through an enclosed walkway to reach the home, guests will enter through the front door by typing their code into the smart security lock. A step inside and your party will be welcomed by tasteful coastal decor garnishing the living room, and direct access onto the cozy balcony with bistro style seating and a woven bench - perfect for coffee or cocktails while taking in the beautiful waterway views.

Back Inside, the open floor plan boasts a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living space holds a beautiful couch with built-in chaise, two plush rounded armchairs, two storage ottomans that can be used as additional seating, and a large, mounted TV - the perfect setup for a family game or movie night.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all of the necessities for making delicious meals or snacks. The large circular dining room table has room for up to six, with additional seating offered by the stools at the counter adjoining the kitchen and dining rooms.

Down the hallway that leads to the bedrooms, guests will find the stacked washer/dryer unit, perfectly placed for convenience while taking up minimal space. A large storage closets for beach equipment, golf clubs, outerwear, or any other gear you may bring is also in this hallway for guest use.

The guest bedroom continues to channel island vibes as it is decorated in a nautical theme, with coastal style bunk beds, a spacious six drawer dresser and a queen-sized bed. The smart TV in this room is well equipped with access to all popular apps and streaming networks. The dedicated bathroom has a lovely porcelain shower/ tub combo with tiled walls, a detachable shower head and a sliding glass shower door. The spacious countertop and double sinks of this bathroom offer plenty of counter space.

The master bedroom is airy and inviting, with large windows to let in an abundance of natural light during the daytime. A large dresser, spacious closet, and storage ottomans offer all the space you’ll need to stow away your belongings. Accent nightstands, lamps, and a TV provide the finishing touches for the bedroom.
