"Dune it Right" Palmetto Dunesissa!
Kotimme ominaisuuksia 5 makuuhuone 5. 5 kylpy koti sijaitsee Inverness puolella Gated Palmetto Dunes Plantation ja lähellä rantaa! Kauniit laattapohjat kaikkiin tärkeimpiin oleskelutiloihin, keittiö, ruokailutila ja kylpyhuoneet matolla ja puulla makuuhuoneissa. Suurissa ja tilavissa avokeittiöissä on graniittiset laskurit ja uudet laitteet ja avautuvat suuriin huoneisiin, joissa on holvatut katot. Seulotaan takana kannella pois olohuoneesta ja avautuu metsäisen takapihalle, jossa on oma uima-allas ja kylpylä.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode taulutelevisiolla ja oma pääsy kannelle; isossa kylpyhuoneessa on puutarha-amme ja laatta suihku ja graniittiset työtasot. Kolme jäljellä olevista huoneista on queen-vuode omilla kylpyhuoneilla, ja kaksi parivuodetta viimeisessä makuuhuoneessa. Kaikissa huoneissa on oma kylpyhuone ja taulutelevisio.

Palmetto Dunes Ominaisuudet: premier aidatulla keinona; Palmetto Dunes Resort sijaitsee keskellä saarta 1800 hyvin säilynyt aaria, ominaisuuksia 3 kilometriä valkoista hiekkarantaa, 11 kilometriä käämitys laguuneja, suurin tenniskeskus saarella, jossa on 25 tenniskenttää, kolme julkisen maailmanluokan golfkentät ja vieras kunto ja tenniskeskuksia. Kanootti ja kajakki monimutkaisen 11 meripeninkulman laguunijärjestelmän kautta tai rentoutua ostos-, ruokailu- ja lasten toimintaan sekä viihdettä. Best STR Ever!!
This home was perfect for our family of nine. It is very well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room and lots to do. The beach is a short walk or cycle and there is even a beach wagon and toys to carry everything easily. The pool and hot tub are shaded and private. The neighborhood is one of the best on the island and very safe. We loved it and will be back!

Our family enjoyed the privacy of baths for each bedroom. We had the pool heated and spent much time there. Walk to beach takes approximately 10 minutes. It’s a beautiful walk. Peggy is very accessible. This was our second year at her house.

Home away from home
We found the property to be a perfect fit for our family. There were 12 of us staying in the house as well as friends who came together with us for several dinners. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby, with 3 days of rain but the house allowed for plenty of space for board games, puzzles, and watching the Olympics. The pool was also a great advantage when the rain let up as well as the sunny days that followed. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms and baths well kept, and all the beach chairs and bicycles were a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Beautiful. Very clean. Nice pool, but mostly shaded. DO NOT pay the high price to have the jacuzzi heated! We only got to use it a couple of times even after waiting hours. Jets are not great either. The beach walk was not the easiest if you’re carrying things. The host was easily accessible.

Stunning property
The pictures don’t do justice to this property. Truly beautiful and plenty of space to give privacy for the introverts. Peggy goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We found a few issues that we wanted her to be aware of but didn’t bother us. She had her crew there right away. They didn’t waste anytime making sure everything was corrected. Her properties will be on the top of our list if we visit again.

The VRBO was as advertised with GREAT host communication. Very clean and great location. Bikes were nice plus all the beach stuff we used. Peggy was in constant communication which was a comfort factor. Private pool and Hot tub didn't hurt.

Great location. Leafy neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Great interior layout with open spaces and plenty of bedrooms, etc. kitchen had everything we needed and then some for family meals. Definitely coming back to this place.

Amazing
We had the best week in this rental. We are regularly renting big beach houses, but never had one that was so well equipped. It has a great layout as the bed rooms are as far away from the living area as they can be, which allowed our little ones to sleep well. The short walk to the beach and location of the house in the very end of St. George with no traffic made it even more enjoyable for the little ones to play safely outside.

Family Vacation
This house, location and amenities were all as described and just beautiful. It was the perfect vacation home for our family with three teens and the grandparents. The pool was amazing and right out the back door. We didn’t even need to rent bikes. They have a garage full of them to use. The owners checked in and were helpful and welcoming. It was a great vacation rental.

Everything about our stay was exceptional!! We have used VRBO for vacation rentals in Hilton Head for the last five years and every home we stayed in was beautiful, close to the beach and had a pool. What sets this rental apart is the owners!! From my very first communication with Peggy I felt welcomed and that never went away throughout our stay. They thought of everything you would ever need, some you didn’t even know you needed! Everything about the home is clearly marked and they have very clear instructions for everything. My husband, myself and our two golden retrievers found our go to when we visit Hilton Head. Maybe next year we’ll switch up and try another Peggy property! Rent this home for your next vacation, you will appreciate how welcoming these homeowners are and how much they want you to enjoy your stay!

Exactly what we were looking for
The house was immaculate and there is so many amenities available in the home that made packing and traveling so much easier, like wagons and coolers for the beach. As well as bikes for the entire family to use, a baby tow-behind that my daughter loved and so many fun toys for the pool. The hosts were so attentive and responsive to any needs and made our vacation wonderful. This stay was absolutely perfect

Peggy's home is perfect! The Palmetto Dunes is the perfect location. Peggy's home was just as pictured and more! Peggy's instructions were perfect so we did not worry about anything! The house was clean and ready to go the moment we arrived. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was so nice when traveling with a group, everyone had their own space. The way the kitchen opens up to the seating areas made it perfect for socializing with family. We highly recommend this home! It does not disappoint 😊

The home was beautiful. The only reason I didn’t give cleanliness 5 stars is the sun porch had dirty hand marks all around the door and door handle. It was difficult to use the hot tub because it took 1.5hrs to heat up. In the queen bedroom off the kitchen one lightbulb in the ceiling fan/light did not respond to the remote control so we couldn’t have the fan on while we slept unless we wanted the light on as well. These are all very minor. We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful.

House is awesome!
This house was great! SO SPACIOUS! Owners were very responsive for whatever we needed, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of seating everywhere! Bikes, linens, beach towels, beach chairs ALL INCLUDED!! Our only complaint is the pool is shaded, which i know they’re not allowed to take down trees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful house!
