The owner of this property had wonderful communication prior to our stay. They did a great job helping us know what to expect when we arrived. Great Location - Quiet & Roomy!
We stayed in town for a destination wedding with our two pups. There was a decent sized storm that caused some flooding in the area ahead of our stay. Amy kept a us informed and made sure the property was prepared for us. We enjoyed our stay, had a beautiful view to the water behind the property. Very convenient but away from all the traffic.

Great House for Families
This was a perfect location since we took our boat and kept it at Safe Harbor Marina about a mile up the road. The house is very comfortable and the AC works great! The pool table was a hit! The kitchen is well stocked but Benny’s is right next door, which is a fabulous restaurant. You can’t access Skull Creek behind the house, but the sunsets are amazing. If you’re particular about toilet paper and paper towels, take your own 😉

Never Again & Beyond Disappointing
I could go on and on but not going to. I’ll point out the biggest things. 1. Terribly moldy/musty smell 2. Dishwasher had green throughout entire bottom filter….didn’t clean the dishes and heating element did not work 3. When it rained the area going into the extra room leaked from the ceiling…had to put a towel down 4. Whenever we showered hole in the backyard off of the deck filled and smelled of gray water (sewer). 5. Very noisy and busy street with very fast moving traffic 6. Not much for cleaning supplies. Especially an adequate vacuum 7. Could have been much much cleaner 8. Couch in the room with all the windows had a smell of some kind to it. 9. No ceiling fan in master and it has controlled thermostat so it was always warm when trying to sleep. Couldn’t open up any windows to cool it down because none of the windows had screens do hugs would get in. Needless to say we will lot be seeking out this property again. I especially wouldn’t rent if I had little ones or smaller children in general.

This home has plenty of “hang out” space and made for a great weekend! It appeared the Dock area may be undergoing some work, as we had no path to the space it was covered by heavy downed brush. But the deck was a nice option. The home has everything needed to enjoy some down time!

Home away from Home
My family just recently stayed at this property in April 2023. We really enjoyed how spacious this house was and how we were not on top of each other. We loved that the bedrooms were seperate from the entertainment area. The property owner was very nice and was available when we reached out. I love the personal touches like the welcome sign to me and my family with snacks right on the dining room table as we walked in. We could smell bleach as we walked in letting us know it was clean. They really provided all that was needed and we truly appreciated that. There were more than enough towels and washcloths. The owners really thought of everything. We can't wait to visit again.

Enjoyable week!
The property was perfect for what we needed. Ample space, convenient to both Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and surrounding areas. Pool table and television area were the gathering spots. Ok, but not great
This house is nice in size, but there needs to be some repairs made. Pros: - Size & space for everyone - New mattresses we’re comfortable (if you like firmer beds) - View of the water Cons: - Floors are SOFT in many rooms, the dining room floor is almost hazardous it’s so soft and dipped, we didn’t even eat in that room - Main bathroom shower doesn’t get hot, it’s mildly warm - No TVs in bedrooms (not a single one) - Management company leaves you with a list of to do’s before you leave or you’ll be charged. I paid a cleaning fee upfront, didn’t really expect to have to not just load but unload the dishes before I leave. - Very minimal amenities, 4-5 towels max for you to use in total and no basics like cooking oil or spices.

Parris Island Boot Camp Graduation
Our family had a great time at the property. We visited to attend our son's Marine Corps Boot Camp graduation and it was great! The pool table was a hit! The house could use a little TLC for some sagging floors and some trim work outside, but it was perfect for what we needed. The road can get a little busy and loud, but definitely not a deal breaker for us. It's close to some nice restaurants and the park next door was really fun for the kids too. We will absolutely stay here again if we come back to the Hilton Head area!

Weekend getaway
We had a nice time here. Location is definitely in the more rough part of the island, no one bothered us though. House had plenty of space for us. The back yard and deck area were nice to sit out and relax. The entire property could use a little tlc both inside and out. Overall, nice getaway and the guys really enjoyed the pool table!

Our Easter Weekend stay
The location was great, very central to many locations: beaches, shopping, restaurants, fish market right next door. We had some cleanliness concerns- there was mold growing in the dishwasher and something that looked like dried vomit on a comforter. We did need to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, and some dish soap. Everything else was just wonderful. The outside space was perfect for our Easter egg hunt. The back porch was very spacious with a lovely grill and fire pit. The pool table was a fun focal point. Inside the house there is plenty of seating and tables to accommodate a large group. We wanted to stay longer.

Rainmaker Fishing Adventure
Great location for what we were doing but expensive in hind sight. We didn't really use all that the property had to offer. We arrived Late on Friday, got up Saturday and was on the dock at 6:45 (which was 1 minute from the house!) We got off the boat at 4pm. Came back to the house showered and went out to eat. Sunday, because you have to be out of the property so early we just got up and cleaned up and left. Basically we used the beds, the shower, and the coffee pot! Never went out on the deck! Would have been great if we were there longer, but that is not the houses fault!

The best thing about the property is that it did have a lot of space to accommodate a lot of people without being on top of each other. The kids loved the pool table and it was good to have two main tv areas that way the kids had one room and the adults had the other living room area. One down side is that The property is on a main road that can be a tad busy I would suggest anyone with pets to make sure they are always leashes and if children present they understand to keep the door closed and be very careful. The house accommodated 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. Each kid was able to get a sofa in a different room. The house is not four bedroom it’s three with a sunroom that they count as a bedroom which I took off a star for on listing accuracy. When staying you may want to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. We had a half used roll of paper towels and a empty dish soap bottle. The house did not seem like it was cleaned professionally the sinks were dirty, toilet seat dirty, trash left in the pull out sofa, and a can left on a lamp. I wasn’t a fan of the beds they were really hard in all rooms and in one bedroom the floor swelled to where it was really hard to open the door.
