Oceanfront-kompleksi - kylpylä Port Royal Soundilla - kaikilla mukavuuksilla mahtavaan lomaan. Yksi makuuhuone, 1 kylpyhuone, nukkuu jopa neljä; 588 neliöjalkaa ja on erittäin siisti ja organisoitu. Kaksi ulkouima-allasta (avoinna huhti-marraskuulta uinnille) l hiljattain kunnostettu sisäuima-allas ja poreallas; yksityinen ranta. Kuntosali ja sauna sisäuima-altaan alueella. Siellä on kolme tenniskenttää, koripallokenttä ja leikkipaikka. Yksityinen ranta, joka on noin 700 '(332 askelta) yksiköstämme. Kompleksissa on 24 tunnin vartiointi. Tämä huvila on loistava paikka perheille. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Käytävässä on kaksi kerrossänkyä ja sohva, jossa yksi ihminen voi nukkua. Laitteessa on oma wifi. Keittiössä on liesi / uuni, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, juicer ja leivänpaahdin sekä keittiötarvikkeet ja kylpytuotteet. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, which was across Port Royal Sound from Parris Island where I trained as a Marine (a long time ago!). We enjoyed that not many people were at the beach area and it never felt crowded.

Place was great and very clean. Beds are comfortable and we had good night sleep. Description was very accurate. Crystal was communicating with me promptly and answered all my questions. We had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to stuff for the beach. Beach is natural and not crowded. We enjoyed high and low tides. Great stay and even better owner. Thank you

Perfect island oasis!
We had so much fun here. The condo was perfectly sized and the two bathrooms made showering after the pool/beach super easy with kids. The beds were comfortable and the extra amenities in the condo made it feel like home. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the condo and location in HHI
Had a very nice stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our beach trip. Plenty of space for our party of 4 and loved all the nature and trees around us. The sound was a short walk and if you watch the tides you can enjoy the water and beach. We enjoyed the pools as well during our stay but the beach was the real draw. The only con would be the slight smoke smell we noticed in the condo. The welcome book noted that smell is from the unit above. Nothing the host can control since the units are older and I suspect there is no vapor barrier between the floors. Enjoyed our stay in HHI.

The unit was okay, but the smoke smell was overwhelming. We went there for me to get away from stress of cancer treatments. Then we spent the week in cigarette smoke. When we booked it said it was a no smoking unit. So, naturally we assumed it would be smoke free.

Nice weekend getaway
Nice little property, close enough to everything. Had a conference and didn't want to pay big resort prices. This condo was close enough to everything and had what we needed. Quiet area, quick walk to the beach or pool. Super close to lots of different restaurants and anything we needed. Great little getaway spot. Owner was very communicative and accomodating.

This property was very pleasant and a comfortable place for up to four people. The complex is quiet and the people who worked the gate were very friendly. We only went to one of the outdoor pools and it was nice and clean and warm. We greatly enjoyed ourselves floating in the sun. The beach area was a little disappointing due to it being a natural beach and not really for swimming but there were other beaches very close. The location was great. We were never farther than 10 miles from anywhere to eat or shop. I did feel that the outside of the complex and pool area could have been cleaner. It all needs a good pressure washing. Crystal is lovely. She was very accommodating and answered any questions or issues within an hour or so. Thank you for a great week. We really enjoyed your condo.

We were definitely underestimating how great our stay would be here. Each area of the condo is so fully stocked with everything you didn't even know you might need. Comfortable beds, and furniture/living areas, more than enough pillows and bedding, fully stocked kitchen for cooking instead of having to dine out so much, quiet and peaceful at night, great water pressure in the showers, and it was a great bonus to have two full bathrooms. We enjoyed eating on the screened in porch every morning, and feeling the breeze. The private beach was so pretty at sunset, and the courtyard area was one of our favorite spots to walk. We felt like we didn't even have to drive around much, it was nice to just take it in our first visit to Hilton Head. We can't wait to come back!

Such a comfy, welcoming place
We were really pleased with this wonderful condo. Spotlessly clean, and extremely well-stocked with extras we never even thought of. Crystal had even left us a handmade Welcome gift.❤️ It was ideally located to check out the area’s many interesting attractions. Just a short drive, and we were in Savannah, riding the hop-on, hop-off Old Town Trolley Tour. We loved Daufuskie Island, and Bluffton too. Charleston was a little longer drive, but well worth the trip. So much history there! We absolutely loved the sweet little town of Beaufort too! Hilton Head Island is absolutely beautiful! We will certainly be back-there’s so much more to see!

Wonderful Rental!
Property is as advertised. Well appointed and cared for. Communication with Crystal was great! My mother and I were very comfortable here and enjoyed walking the beach and proximity to everything. We took advantage of working out in the fitness center every day. If we return to HHI I will definitely check here first for a place to stay.
