The Harbour Town Lighthouse is a leisurely stroll away, offering amazing sights and history. In the same area, you'll find boat and kayak rentals, sunset cruises, a playground, and restaurants to enjoy. Closer to home, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a splash or two.

Harbour Town Club Villas are the perfect vacation spot for the whole family. These villas are located mere steps from everything Sea Pines has to offer: beautiful beaches, horseback riding, a 600-acre forest preserve, two more championship golf courses, the incredible Sea Pines beach club, and bar, South Beach Marina water sports and stores. Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops if you're planning to stay awhile and explore throughout the day. If you'd prefer a ride to the beach, the cross-island trolley can take you between Harbour Town and the sandy shores (except for winter months). Walk or bike along the golf cart paths before or after hours. If you do so in the evening, behold the incredible sunset over the 18th hole and Calibogue Sound. And that is only Sea Pines! There is still all of the rest of Hilton Head (America’s favorite island per Condé Nast’s annual traveler's survey), and nearby Bluffton, Daufuskie Island, and Savanah to explore.

Pull into your private, covered parking area and ascend a small staircase to the main floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors allow ample natural light into the interconnected and nicely decorated living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room provides comfortable seating, free WiFi, a TV, and a blue tooth enabled Bose speaker. Just off the living area are the dining room and kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and features saturnia flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A furnished balcony on this floor overlooks the pool terrace and features a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing! This floor also offers two bedrooms, and if you ascend the stairs to the second floor, you'll find two guest bedrooms with views of the swimming full. Each bedroom offers new mattresses, new wood flooring, and features its own adjoining full bathrooms. The carpeting on the stairs and in the hall was replaced in early 2018, while additional upgrades include the new outside decks, the fridge, and a new bunk bed featured in one of the rooms.

Perfect location to enjoy Harbour Town. Lots of room for 4 friends on a extended weekend golf trip. Had everything we needed and within walking distance to golf, food, shopping, marina and more.

Nice, but needed improvement
We liked the property: location was good, walk out to pool, spacious with lots of bedrooms, each bedroom had own bath, lots of space to gather, spot to store bikes, decorating nice. Minor inconveniences: door lock finicky to put in the code, bathroom of one room had loose tiles, two bathrooms had showerheads not working well, if multiple people were showering some lost hot water, sliding door lock didnt work (but a safety pole was there), yellow bed super creaky. Egregious issues: crumbs and chips in the couch and underneath it was not clean at all (we had young kids on the ground a lot playing. utensils in drawer were dirty. top bunk had been peed in previously and it smelled up there when went up to read, so we took off and washed the sheets and pad but the stain was in the matress pad and mattress. It smelled so bad we had to move the mattress to the garage for the night, so I'm not sure how the cleaners didnt notice. They took care of it without issue and had a professional service come clean the mattress, which was effective, but we had to let the mattress dry out that night and lost the previous night on the phone trying to take care of it and washing stuff. And I felt terrible that I hadn't noticed it the first night so my kid slept up there. That was pretty frustrating. It is hard to give a fair rating because I felt like that was very bad, but for the most part we enjoyed our trip and most things were good. But the cleaning needs to be much better.

Good but could be better
Overall our family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The living room sofa was big and comfortable, the rug could use a deep cleaning and under the sofa and side tables haven’t seen a vacuum in quite some time. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table big enough for 8. We were provided about a 2-3 ounces of dish soap, only 2 dish towels, 1 large trash bag (not even 1 spare) and a partial roll of paper towels. I understand that these items are not “provided”, but for the price we paid for the week, a normal small bottle of dish soap, at least one additional trash bag and a second full roll of paper towels wouldn’t be too much expense to spare. We enjoyed the location, both within Harbor Town, an easy walk to restaurants, a playground, and the complex pool right outside our patio door. We swam a lot and for the most part, had the pool to ourselves. The bedroom furniture is old and the comfort of the mattresses was average and could use updating. It was really nice to have a separate A/C unit for the 3rd floor. The internet never worked. We reported it on Monday and was told there was an outage in the area and they couldn’t fix it until Thursday but we were never able to use it. The grill burners need replacing. We had trouble grilling simple brats and hot dogs. Pest control should be done because we saw a few ants and other undesirables. Overall 3 1/2 stars. It needs a deep clean, some updates and minor repairs.

Very disappointed
We came to 1253 with every expectation of having a wonderful month long vacation. It turned out to be the opposite. From day one there were issues. The keypad entry worked on and off. Keys would be much better. The place was not clean. It needs a deep cleaning. On day two the furnace for the first two floors broke and wasn't fixed for 14 days, the fridge froze our food and wasn't fixed for 4 days, the bathrooms all had issues with lighting, safety bars and operating the showers. The main TV was extremely hard to operate and some of the bedroom ones didn't operate. There was a problem with the electricity as well. Every day we wondered what was going to happen next. Not something you expect on a month long vacation.

Here for the week of Thanksgiving, we were, disappointed, not in Lindsey’s attempts to compensate us within her means, but for the work I had to personally do that someone else was paid to do. I cleaned all the cabinets inside and out because we intended to prepare our own holiday meal and they were filthy. Dryied sauces and food externally and dirt and bugs internally. In addition, all the contents needed to be cleaned as well. I cleaned mounds of mold and fugus from the dishwasher and it took 20 swiffer sweeper pads to get up only a portion of the dirt on the tile in the kitchen and first floor. It was still dirty but I was simply too tired to continue. I cleaned what appeared to be barbecue sauce from two sets of vertical blinds because it was so obvious and nasty looking. We prepare our family meal for Thanksgiving wherever we are staying and cleanliness is required! It’s part of what we paid for. I am disabled with a neuromuscular disease and the over exertion ruined our whole trip. It exhausted me and caused so much pain and discomfort that I did not make it out of the condo even once. I barely collected myself enough to help to pull a Thanksgiving meal together for my family of hearty eaters. If my Mother-in-law hadn’t been with us, it wouldn’t have even been possible. This year I’m Thankful for my family and to be going home. Never again!!!!!

Perfect Harbour Town Spot
This townhome was the perfect spot for our summer trip to Hilton Head. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, and had plenty of space for everyone to comfortably sleep and hang out. The place was clean and had a well stocked kitchen (minus not having some basic items like spices and cooking oils). We cooked several meals and also used the grill. The location is a short walk to Harbour Town shops, ice cream, restaurants, Gregg Russell and the lighthouse. To get to the beach, we were able to park in Lot 8 and take the trolley to the main beach. The townhome had limited beach items (a few beach towels and some beach toys). We had to buy our own beach chairs and boogie boards for the week, but left them at the townhome in hopes future groups can use them. The townhome is about 3.5 miles from South Beach, so we biked there two mornings and drove to dinner at the Salty Dog one night. I definitely recommend renting bikes to get to places like the petting zoo since parking around the island is limited. Check in was a breeze - just follow the emailed directions and you'll be able to swing in and grab your parking passes. Overall, we were extremely happy with this property and would rent it again in the future.

Could not have found a better location for Sea Pines. Directly next door to the HTGL Clubhouse, short walk to the Marina and Ocean. Great set up and plenty of room for 5 people (could have occupied with 8 easily).

this unit was a great location for us, close to Harbortown and easy access to all of Sea Pines on the trolley line. We loved the size and space of the unit, and the pool being right outside our door. We had just a few minor issues such as not enough kitchen linens, which was corrected later in the week..Overall, a very nice villa!

It’s a great place to stay. Everyone and everything was pleasant. The home was just as it was listed on site. I love that there’s a bathroom in every room. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this home. My friend and I plan to stay here again for our next girls weekend. There were 4 of us. We had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this home for friends weekend, couple getaway, or a small family trip. Oh, and be sure and try Ruby Lee’s South restaurant. Live music and excellent food. Great location and living area. “Ok” community pool. A few basic upgrades would make a big difference like bathroom fans, shower tiles, moldings, doors and HVAC vents which all appear original to the house. Rental company needs to ensure cleaning crew replaces dishwasher pods, trash bags, extra paper towels. Definitely not “deep cleaned”. Fees way too high as a result but few for nightly stay was reasonable.

We had an issue with a wasp nest on the deck. We were unable to reach either the exterminator or the management company so we couldn’t sit out there. Also we had to refill the propane tank for the grill. We could like to be reimbursed for that.

Perfect space for boys weekend, nice enough to bring the girls next time.
We had a great time staying at this four bedroom four bathroom condo in beautiful Sea Pines @ Hilton Head. It was our first time visiting this beautiful island. We are winding our way through the hammocks to arrive at our condo around dusk. We get to the condo and try the code on the keypad and it doesn’t work, email stated the number then #. Only after very carefully reading the email do we see that we should have stopped twenty minutes prior to get our parking passes and condo info. We then spend another hour driving back to pick up our parking passes and after a phone call find out the # goes before the number on the keypad. Thus making our arrival was a bit anti climactic. Other than this minor inconvenience at the beginning, our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, had a beautiful view, was right next to the pool, had WiFi, a large tv, comfortable sitting area, cooking items. This place was perfect. We will be staying there in the future. I would only suggest to correct the code and make it easier to pick out the info about stopping at the rental office on the way in. 4.9 out of 5 stars.

What a great location. Only complaint is...the pool was closed for the season. I wish that information had been available before booking this property. Rented it because the pool was right outside the balcony. The property manager did address the issue by finding us a pool to use nearby, but we were still disappointed this information was not available upfront.

Great Condo in Sea Pines near Harbour Town
We had a wonderful experience in this lovely, 4 bedroom condo in Sea Pines just minutes from Harbour Town. We had the good fortune of coming just after a hurricane (which did no damage) and had beautiful weather and no crowds all week. We had the pool to ourselves and brought our own cruisers and bikes to the beach. Our only minor complaints were that we were provided a single roll of paper towels, a single dish towel, and a single kitchen trash bag for the whole week. The kitchen has most of what you need except there isn’t a baking sheet and only salt and pepper for spices. We were also glad that we brought our own beach towels because they were not provided. Vacasa manages this property and did a pretty good job of responding to emails and phone calls. I know it was a busy time for them managing changes with the hurricane, but we had to call the main management office to get support on Sunday when it was needed so they could contact our local office. Overall, we would love to stay here again! A wonderful place in Hilton Head.
