Hilton Head Gymnastic Meet
We had an amazing time in Hilton Head. Jody was an amazing hosts. Her home is warm and inviting and everything is brand new. Jody is an incredible interior decorator and you really get the beach vibe but in a luxurious sense. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to come back again soon. Quiet Tide is great for a couple or even children - baby gates plus games and books. I cannot say enough positive things about this property and host Thank you, Jody!!!

Friendsgiving Stay
We were 2 families, with a total of 9 people including 5 kids between the ages of 11-18, getting together to celebrate Thanksgiving and the condo was perfect. It was very clean and the location was great. Close to the beach and Coligny. The sleeping arrangements worked well and the common areas were spacious enough to accommodate all of us. We were all able to fit around the table to eat and there was enough room in the kitchen to prepare the meal. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils, etc. Jodi was very accommodating and responsive. It was a pleasure to stay at her condo and we would stay again!

Best stay ever!
Jodi has put incredible thought and energy into making this a place worth staying! I have stayed at many other places and this was the best. It was comfortable, clean and amenities that made it easy to stay without constantly running to the store. The communication was amazing as well, Jodi was quick to answer. We had 9 people stay here and it never felt crowded and we all had to sleep on, no air mattresses or couches. Will absolutely stay here again if we go back to Hilton Head!

Great stay!
We had 4 adults, 4 kids and one pup stay at the property. The kitchen table will sit 8 with 3 people on the bench. It was was a short walk to the beach and the pirate playground. We probably also could have walked to the shops at Coligny. Unit overlooks the pool and there are tennis courts nearby that you can pay to use. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Closet with books, toys and games in the kids room. They thought of everything in the kitchen- air fryer, tupperware and crock pot included. We had a great week! Would definitely return.

The property is exactly as advertised. A true treat…a truly comfortable home away from home. Everything was very clean, the furniture very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. There was plenty of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was very easy to correspond with and really thought of everything to make our stay great! The unit was exactly as described, clean and nicely decorated. The unit is in a great location with only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was responsive and very easy to work with. The two master bedrooms on the main floor made it very convenient to accommodate our older family members. I highly recommend this unit. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quiet Tide! The condo was updated, clean and so close to everything that we needed - shops, Coligny beach, coffee, etc. The owner, Jody, was very proactive in reaching out and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even opened it up for an early check in! Would highly recommend to anyone with a big group and will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo for Families
My family of six really enjoyed our stay in this condo while visiting Hilton Head Island. The condo has lots of room including three full bathrooms which was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. for eating in. The beach is only a 5 - 10 minute walk with very easy access which was great. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance and plenty more within short driving distance (5 - 15 minutes). There is also a pool that our kids enjoyed in the evening after a day on the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we felt welcomed. Overall I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to vacation in Hilton Head Island.

Wonderful Host and Property
This 4-bed “pet friendly” condo was exactly what we needed! We visit HHI a couple of times a year, and we prefer the area around Coligny. This unit is situated perfectly: easy 6 minute walk to beach, yet off the beaten path just enough to be laid-back and relaxing! Nice (newer) appliances and plenty of cookware/dishes, comfy beds and sofa, inviting decor, and great two-level floor plan. Fantastic communication from host who made entire process easy and worry-free!

Stayed here for a long weekend while on HHI for a wedding. Nice, quiet location that is indeed close to the Coligny beach. Pool was appreciated by the grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing. Extra clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Every detail was thought of from toiletries to laundry supplies. Plenty of towels. Just perfect. Wonderful, Family-Friendly Condo!
The condo was very comfortable and clean, and in an excellent location. It was an easy walk to the beach, the playground and Coligny Plaza. Everything was as described, and Jodi was very quick to respond to any questions. She also proactively reached out with info and recommendations, which was appreciated! Finally, she provided everything we needed as a family traveling to the beach (beach towels, chairs, a wagon, sand toys, etc.). We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break / Tennis Getaway
Clean / Well Supplied / Easy Communication / Pet Friendly / Comfortable Seating & Beds!! Our daughter played tennis with her college team for spring break. Two of her teammates stayed with us. The girls shared the bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. There was more that enough space and supplies. She graduates this year or else we would not hesitate to go back again next year.

Amazing!
We loved our stay in this condo. It was so comfortable and clean. The owner was very welcoming and easy to reach. The location was excellent and close to the beach and many bike paths, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed to cook a few nice meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Place and Wonderful Host
This property was exactly as advertised. VERY clean and has EVERYTHING you need for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the linen’s and towels were high quality. Kitchen is very well equipped. Costal decor throughout definitely gives you that beachy vibe. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Coligney plaza & the beach. Host provides chairs & beach towels if needed. There is not one thing this host overlooked. Kudo’s Jody you have a 5 star rental. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends. Wonderful Stay!
This property was just as advertised! Our trip consisted of 5 adults and 3 kids, and this house was perfect for us! It was very clean and extremely well stocked- even for our Thanksgiving dinner). It's a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and the house had beach chairs and other supplies available. Our host was extremely friendly and sent multiple texts to check in. We would definitively stay here again!
