Welcome to Sea Side Villa 353! Where you can enjoy both ocean and pool views from our beautifully updated third-floor retreat. Unlike many units, this villa is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort.

Convenience begins at the elevator, just steps from your door. Greet the day with a view of the pool from your front door and savor the ocean vista from the living area. Inside, the villa offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, while the dinette comfortably seats four.

The living area boasts ocean views and is furnished with a 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD, and Blu-ray player. The sofa converts into a queen-size bed, providing additional sleeping space. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size mattress and bed frame, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV/DVD, with an adjoining bathroom for your convenience. Built-in bunk beds in the hallway are ideal for small children.

Very Basic
Safe place to stay in close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. No frills here, must bring everything you would want/need for the beach. Zero beach cart, toys, umbrellas, etc. which I haven’t encountered in the past while renting a vacation home/condo. Internet didn’t work a majority of the time and the TV takes a genius to figure out, even with the host’s instructions for use. In the future we will make sure to select a place that lists out all the extras to maximize our outdoor time while on vacation.

Took a “me time “ getaway for my birthday. Great location! Office staff was friendly. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable but overall it worked for just me. My 6’4 husband couldn’t have shared the bedroom space.

Horrible bed
The bed felt like a piece of foam on a sheet of plywood. There was a dip on my husbands side. The couch cushions are worn down so much that when you sit on it, you can feel the bed in the couch. It was clean. The location is great. The couch and bed are the reason why I will not rent here again.

Wonderful Getaway!

Short Memorial Day trip
The villa was very clean. We were in a great location right on the beach. I do recommend more towels and more information regarding laundry facilities, etc. be provided in email when booking and/or in villa upon arrival. Other than not knowing where anything was located for housekeeping the stay was great!

It's was OK
It is a super small condo with one closet. The central heating and air is on the balcony, so it blows hot air and that made the balcony useless. I enjoy being outside with the ocean breeze but this made it impossible to sit on the balcony.

Went on labor day weekend, my husband my toddler and my infant. The space was just perfecr for us, a little bit outdated but nothing that affected our stay, the location with direct access to the beach was amazing! A short and lovely walk to shops and restaurant too. Sharon (the owner) was quick to answer any questions i had before our trip. Highly recommend it, this place will be put on our regular places to stay in Hilton Head

Great stay!!!
We have stayed in several different units, but the central air was a total difference maker. Bedroom stayed at a comfortable temp whereas other units w/o Get a little toasty. The view was amazing and room was very clean. The only negative was that I have a 7 year old and there was not a railing or ladder for bunk beds. No matter. We doubled up in bedroom and had a great trip. I definitely recommend to others and I would stay there again.

We absolutely love this place, we have been coming here for the past 8 to 10 years, always clean steps from the beach and awesome view, the central air is the best part about it nice and cool thru out the condo, never had any problems here ,will be back again next year!

The villa was perfect for two people! It was clean and comfortable. The villa was as described but a little smaller than expected. Beautiful view of the ocean!! The kitchen was well stocked. The central air conditioner was an added plus. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. We appreciated the gated entrance and exit.

Would be very nice if it had a better bed.
The Villa was very clean and tidy. Great views of the ocean and pool. However; the bed has much to be desired. My husband never has back pain, after the first night he awoke with his back hurting, I always have back pain and mine was so bad that we didn't even stay the second night, we paid for two nights, but left after the first. If you are a bigger person you may not be comfortable sitting on the toilet. It's kind of wedged in under the counter beside the tub.

Awesome view of beach & cute condo at a great location!
We loved staying here for our Anniversary trip! It was so close to the beach & to the Coligny beach park/shops we were able to walk everywhere & enjoy the views. There’s plenty of room for other family members to come with us there one day. It’s such a cute place. We definitely want to rent it again! We wish we could move to Hilton Head Island!

More then I could have hoped for !!!
This was my first visit and definitely not my last to Hilton Head. The accommodations where perfect for what we needed and the condo was well equipped for our stay. Super easy access to the beach which was a huge plus. It was like having our own private area of the beach, not too crowded like the public access areas. There was a great grilling out area and 2 swimming pools, unfortunately at the time of our visit the pool water was still a little to cold but they were well keep and clean. Hilton head was exactly what I needed !!!!!
