Upouusi peruskorjaus 1/2020, Uskomaton merinäköala!

Ostimme juuri paikan elokuussa 2019 ja kunnostettu kokonaan. Kaikki on aivan uutta vuodelle 2020. Huvilassa on mukava king-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja kuningatar nukkuja olohuoneessa, täysin seisova kaakeloitu suihku, kaikki uudet täysikokoiset mustat ruostumattomat laitteet ja kivilaskurit keittiössä sekä suuret älytelevisiot sekä makuuhuoneessa että olohuoneessa. Mukana rantatuolit, sateenvarjo ja polkupyörät! Kaikki vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta ja muutaman korttelin päässä Colingy Plazasta ja Tiki Hutista!

Sijaitsee Seaside Villasissa, aidatulla, merenrantakompleksilla, kahden korttelin päässä Coligny Plazasta ja Tiki-Hutista. Kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja ruokakaupoista. Hilton Headin päärannan sydämessä.
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lowcountry Celebration Park. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja parvekkeen.

Great Location

The property was as stated, clean and a great central location. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee/pastries. We enjoyed live music at the Sandbar and Big Bamboo Cafe. Within a short drive we enjoyed eating on the deck at Hudson's and had a delicious meal at Frankie Bones. The bikes were great to use and the trails are very nice. We rode for many miles around the island. Kendall was very helpful and responsive with all communication. Thanks!

Relaxing stay

We had such a relaxing stay. The condo was very nice & clean. Had a great ocean view. Accessible to the beach, restaurants & shops. Kendall checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall had a great stay…place was beautiful, location was great & had great amenities…beach chairs & umbrella to use, extra paper products on hand and starter supply of coffee. A concern we did have was when the bedroom door is closed, the a/c is shut out since the window unit is in the living room. Since the bedroom is at the entry, unruly neighbors can be heard in the hallway at night. Thank you for a great introduction to Hilton Head Island and thanks for the sweet welcome gift. When we return to HHI, would consider renting here again.

Very clean, updated and nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and bed, and great location (walking distance to beach and Coligny shops/restaurants), and nice view. Access to bikes a big plus. Great communication with host!

Quick beach getaway

The condo was adorable. The space was roomy for the two of us to take a short quick trip to Hilton Head. Location was great with a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We would definitely recommend this place to others that are looking for a place on the island.

Great condo - perfect for 2 or small family!

My husband and I had a great time in this condo - super clean and exactly as pictured with all the amenities. It was perfect for two people or for a family with small kids. We loved the proximity to the ocean and to shopping and restaurants. The hostess, Kendall, was great and very responsive. We look forward to coming back here in the future.

Excellent Property

Great spot in Hilton Head! Convenient location. Unit is well furnished and has good beach chairs and other beach equipment! Kendall was great to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions! Perfect spot for a couple that is right on the beach! Complex was also very quiet and fairly empty over the New Year holiday (Dec 31st - Jan4th) for anyone looking to visit HHI. Highly recommend !

Everything about our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The host, Kendall, did a great job of checking in on us every day, and we even were able to check in early on the first day because she was so on top of things! The place was extremely nice and clean, and the view was even better than the pictures! Just steps from the beach, an easy walk to Coligny, and within 5-30 minutes from any golf course. 10/10 would stay there again!

Could use a good cleaning

If one doesn't look too closely it would appear to be clean. Not really the case. My glasses accidently feel on the floor in the bedroom and went under the dresser. There is candy, etc. under it. Didn't check under the bed. Turned on the oven to heat leftovers and it started to smoke - didn't use it. Needs a cleaning. The refrigerator on the other hand was spotless.

Beautiful unit!

Very nicely updated, beautiful unit. Very clean. Kendall is a great host with great communication and I would recommend staying at her unit. We hope to return when the weather is warmer.

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and spent a lot of time there. The unit was tastefully furnished and had what we needed for our stay. Kendall was very responsive when we needed to reach her. We also appreciated the proximity to Coligny Plaza, which was an easy walk.

Good Visit

Small condo but had everything needed but there was sand on the floor which we did not put there. No towel bars in the bathroom but it did have hooks just nowhere to put a washcloth or towel. Needs security bar in the shower. The rest of the place was clean except for the sand.Good location.
