This is our newest cozy condo project. It has a small ocean view, but it is completely renovated completed in May 2020. Everything is new, appliances, linens, beds, everything. Centrally located just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut with restaurants, shopping and entertainment in walking distance. Beautifully designed kitchen and living space with granite counters and black stainless appliances. 50 inch smart TV. Bedroom features a new king bed and 32 inch smart TV My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Our complex is walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We supply 2 bikes and there are rentals are available across the street if you need more. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
