Perfect week

We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local supermarket too. We would love to return thank you very much!

Estancia en Julio ‘23

La finca y el entorno han sido como esperábamos, un lugar soleado, con encanto y mucha paz. Y teniendo tan cerca Doñana y sus enclaves, hemos disfrutado muchísimo con excursiones al parque, a los preciosos pueblos colindantes y también días de playa en Matalascañas, a media hora de la casa. Y sin olvidar la visita a la aldea de El Rocío, maravilloso pueblo a la vera de Doñana, que nos ha sorprendido mucho con su cultura del caballo y sus calles, tan particulares. Lo hemos disfrutado de veras y lo recomendamos vivamente.

Un séjour parfait à Séville

Nous avons passé 4 jours fantastiques dans cette villa. Le charme de la maison est incroyable. Tout est là pour passer un agréable séjour : de l’espace pour un grand groupe, une grande piscine, terrasse, un terrain très bien entretenu, pas de vis à vis, aucun voisin… Nous remercions sincèrement le propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son aide. Il a pu nous remplir le frigo et nous faire livrer une paella à domicile, le service parfait. Le seul regret c’est de n’être pas resté plus longtemps !

Muy buen alojamiento para ir con niños

Nos hemos alojado cinco familias con niños en un fin de semana y hemos estado muy a gusto. Enorme salón, cocina bien equipada y cómoda. El interior de la casa es muy amplio y está bien equipado. El exterior está muy bien cuidado y los niños lo disfrutaron. Zona muy tranquila y con posibilidad de dar un paseo por el campo. Magnífico trato con el dueño, José, y con el guardés, Vasyl, que nos recibió y nos atendió cuando lo necesitamos. A 5 minutos de la localidad de Pilas, donde se puede comprar de todo. En resumen, un muy buen alojamiento para ir con familias y desconectar unos días. Posiblemente volveremos.

UN GRAN SITIO PARA ESTAR EN FAMILIA O CON AMIGOS

La finca es preciosa y la ubicación perfecta. En medio del campo rodeada de naturaleza y con una piscina y jardín preciosos. Las estancias de la casa dan para todo, un enorme comedor, una preciosa cocina y despensa con todo tipo de accesorios y vajillas para todos los gustos. Una gran terraza, las habitaciones de la planta baja con sus cuartos de baño y la de la planta alta o principal espectacular. En definitiva un sitio DE LUJO PARA ESTAR DE LUJO.

La maison est très agréable, dans un superbe environnement, calme et verdoyant. Idéalement située, à 30 mn de Séville et proche des grands axes routiers et à 5 mn des commerces. Le gardien sur place est très aimable et d’une grande aide. A recommander absolument !

Es una casa fantastica!

Casa espectacular

La casa es espectacular, enorme y dotada de sábanas, edredones y toallas nuevas en todos los dormitorios. Además cuenta con un amplio menaje de cocina (platos, vasos cubiertos, incluso thermomix) y varias neveras. El paraje que rodea la casa es muy bonito (nosotros la disfrutamos en primavera), y el acceso bastante sencillo, por un camino de tierra. Los propietarios son amables y en todo momento se han prestado a solucionar nuestras dudas (nos facilitaron un rosco con bombona para hacer una paella). Nuestro grupo de amigos suele alquilar casas rurales unas tres veces al año, y todos coincidimos en que esta ha sido una de las mejores.
