Walking distance to malls and coffee shops. Staff are friendly. Hotel is old and noisy. No running hot water and bathroom is so small.

Disappointed stay.
Firstly, that swimming pool was gone. Secondly, the toilet w/c water closet is spoilt; no water can fill the tank because the tap is spoilt. Thirdly, breakfast now only given bread, butter, and eggs or local noodle Pho. Very miserable indeed. I am very dissapointed.

The breakfast food was so so. The quality of the hotel wasn’t nice either. The wait for the rooms took a longer time than expected and I had to wait half an hour to get my room. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Disappointing says it all
A25 is located within walking distance to some of HCM City's premier tourist sites including Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Military Remnants Museum and the beautiful parks. Unfortunately, that is the best thing about it. We booked primarily for the pool, which turned out to be a cesspool of algae and as such unusable.The sheets on arrival were dirty, these were changed on request but left one feeling quite disgusted but perhaps the worst thing was the awful stale cigarette odour that left everything in the room stinking like an ashtray. TRAVELLERS BEWARE THIS IS A SMOKING HOTEL AND EVERYTHING REEKS OF OLD TOBACCO. Our room had no natural light, with the only window being on the stairwell where we heard the night manager walking up and down through the night with his walkie-talkie on and speaking loudly.As well as being noisy we had no air flow to lessen the smell. When I requested being moved to another room I was told the whole hotel allowed smoking. Adding to the awful sleeping environment they had irritating elevator music being piped through the hotel from 6.30am. The breakfast was adequate the first day but the second day changed from a buffet to a restricted menu with only one item and one drink each. No offer of fruit and not able to order anything else was disappointing when as a family of 6 we relied on a decent breakfast to keep us going. The waitress was apologetic,& staff, in general, were nice and some tried to be helpful but English was limited

I stay at this hotel 2 years ago, the Hotel was ok, rooms are small compare to other Hotel in the same area but the hotel is close to everything, no worry about finding something to eat b4 get out the door every day but now they are very cheap on their breakfirst, no buffet, only limited menu and very small portion. If you need a hotel with good breakfirst, this is not.

Very bright hotel in a busy area.
Staff is very friendly. Email address not up to date. Could not contact hotel for airport pickup. (Did not have phone available). Got email after checking in. Rooms are bright and well decorated. A bit dated but clean. Bed was in need of extra padding, but all in all great value for the dollar.

It was clean and full of things you need from toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel by the gallon and many flip flops and to top things off condoms (random) but then it does charge by 2 hrs minimum. It was well located and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was a bit naff (omelette = 2frieds eggs).

NO SWIMMING POOLA
We did not stay at this hotel. It was advertised as having a swimming pool - our main reason for booking it - and when we arrived, they said the pool was not in operation. Deceptive advertising.

Not what it seems.
First of all the pool is non functional and you can't even sit near the empty pool because there is so much construction going on. Also, we have woken up to loud banging in the morning and the smell of epoxy seeping through the door from the hallway. We booked a room with a king size bed and it is a US size double bed, The best thing I can say is that the VIP room is large and it wont break the pocketbook.

Très bien pour sources d'eau chaude en libre-accés
Séjour 1 jour en famille pour profiter la source d'eau chaude. chambre spacieuse, propre, insonorisation moyen(on entend beaucoup des bruits provenant des couloirs), climatisation un peu bruyant. Couloir non climatisé. Accès inclus pour les divers activités sauf bain de boue et tennis (pas très bien entretenu) qu sont payant. Point négatif, pas de bus qui desserve l'hotel uniquement par taxi. Piscine privée d'eau chaude très appréciable, propre et au calme par rapport à la piscine principal avec les clients extérieures. Petit déjeuné en buffet continental, très bon et varié. Localisation, en dehors de l'hotel, il n'y a rien, pas d'animation. On est obligé de manger au restaurant de l'hotel. Plats un peu chère mais très bon et copieux.Restaurant bruyant à midi car beaucoup de touristes.

Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2018, 2 adultes et 2 enfants, chambre quadruple. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle mais un petit odeur de renfermer surtout dans les couloirs. Hall climatisé par intermittent. On avait réservé l'hotel pour la piscine mais par malchance elle était en cours de rénovation, on aurait bien être informé. Petit déjeuné vietnamien, le week end en buffet le reste de la semaine, menu au choix. Localisation ,bien placé à proximité de la gare routière (300 m, 7 min), du marché Ben Thanh (1 km 15 min) et de la rue des agences de touristes (400 m, 10 min).

Alright hotel
Alright hotel but the staff couldn’t speak a word English which makes everything so hard cause when they didn’t understand me they just smiled and said “yes”. So when I asked for a babynest she said “yes, it’s in your room”. When I asked her if they seen a hat that we lost for our babyboy, she looked at her watch and thought we wanted to go to the park across the street. Luckily after lunch and in the evenings they had a woman working who could speak and understand English so we could communicate. Overall alright hotel.
