The room is small , old (you got what you pay for) but full of supplies for your living. So comfortable , so convenient. Staffs are great , friendly , lovely. That’s why forget about small room I will come back for sure.

A basic hotel . A big park within a hundred yards , and lots of restaurant and bars nearby. Little supermarket about 100 yards away. Staff were very helpful .

More about the booking agent than the hotel!
I had booked room vip room for several nights. On arrival they could not find any notification from hotels.com and only had a superior room left for the first night. I switched to a vip room for the subsequent nights. When l checked out and sought the difference for the first nights booking (100,000 dong). I was told that I would have to take this up with hotels.com. After checking the website and some blogs where others had this experience and said this would be a waste of time l did not bother.

Not a 3 Star Hotel, is a 1 Star Hotel
I booked the VIP room on Hotels.com listed as 30 m2, but the room is actually only 22 m2. The listing also says it's a 3 star hotel, but it's a 1 star hotel. There's a big government issued 1 star plaque on the front of the hotel. They have bathrobes in the closet, which is a nice touch. The wifi speed was 3 down, 0.5 up. This is a high traffic hotel in a central location. When we tried to check in, they asked us to sit down and wait for the room to be ready and then forgot about us. I had to approach the desk again in 20 minutes and they suddenly had my key ready. If you book the VIP room, it says the booking comes with free water park passes, when I asked about the passes, they had no idea what I was talking about. So the water park passes in their listing is not true. The breakfast is not a buffet, just a la carte. Late at night, you have great street food across the street with the after clubbers. Room Tip: Whatever room size you booked, subtract about 30 percent and that would be your actual room size.

Rooms Not Available Upon Checkin
The hotel has extremely poor management! I booked 4 suits on New Years, and was told no suits available upon checkin on New Years Eve. Of all nights to screw things up when every other hotel was booked solid! We had to argue for 1 hour and finally they moved someone out of 1 of our suits which I got. The other 3 rooms were standard rooms , so insulting to everyone. Then the hotel tried to short change me on the difference in price between the rooms when giving me a credit. Also the room is not as described and in poor condition. The carpet is the cheapest type of office carpet of something you might put in a basement in the 1970s. The bathroom door would not stay closed because the frame was installed incorrectly. The bed was suppose to be a double but actually 2 twin beds put together. I'll never come back! Other better hotels in the same area, try the Aston hotel!
