Not recommended for a number of reasons.
1. Booked a Double Deluxe Room but was given a Superior Room instead. I only just realised the discrepancy while filling out this review, otherwise, I would have had it rectified there and then.
2. Unpleasant and disrespectful encounter at front desk during check-in. Staff insisted on keeping the national ID card of my partner, who is a Vietnamese citizen. While I asked the staff to make a copy of it, like they did with my passport (as I was a tourist), the staff refused. It was an embarrassing and humiliating experience for both of us.
3. Property indicated as smoke-free but the previous guest(s) had smoked in the room. Air-con filter had not been changed and could smell cigarette smoke at all times while in the room. Did not have a good sleep because of that.
4. Bedroom slippers provided were not disposable. While eco-friendly options are understandable, at least indicate if the slippers had been sanitised.
5. Pictures of the dining room are deceptive; the dining room is much less fancy than shown.
Staff service was good in general. However, there is one thing that I would like the hotel to improve. I sometimes noticed that bottles of shower gel and shampoo were not filled up, after staff finished cleaning my room.

Staff service was good, while there was a problem of hot water in my room. I could use only normal (not hot) water. Almost every day I needed to ask staff to fix the problem in order to make hot water available.
