Perfect overnight option for early flight

Bery convenient for our 6am flight from Hobart airport. The on sight restaurant served tasty food, and was reasonably priced. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Baggage trolleys were available to assist with luggage from our car to our room.

Disappointed again

Considering we ended up staying due to a previous stay being unsatisfactory and receiving a voucher. Still again not happy Curtains torn floors just untidy Cot wouldn’t go up and had screws missing, didn’t feel like getting tool box out at midnight to fix it had to pay the excess even though was promised an upgrade and extras. Not great at all Conveniently located but that’s about all Staff are professional and friendly no issue on their part. But cleaners and management definitely not impressed

Clean and safe, close to airport

For what we needed, a clean and safe hotel close to the airport, it was perfect. This was not a 5 star hotel, but it was an excellent accommodation to stay the night before an early flight. Better than many airport hotels I booked before.

There wasn't a microwave available to use for my heat pack, The lady receptionist / restaurant / manager was very pleasant & friendly, helpful, made a lovely hot chai ☕️ with lactose free milk on the day I arrived in the morning, was able to check-in straight away in the morning as just arrived by plane ✈️ which was Christmas 🤶🎄🎁 Eve, very limited gluten-free menu for dinner, hot chips 🍽️ the next day was Christmas🎄, the hot buffet breakfast 🍽️ was nice & yummy 🤤😋, there were only 2 antisocial receptionists & they didn't offer to help with my taking out my luggage to the wheelchair ♿️ taxi.

Reception staff & restaurant staff are amazing. Friendly & helpful. The only let down is housekeeping, very lacklustre at best. Simply pulling up a sheet is not making a bed. And dumping clean towels on the kitchen table, not ideal.

Good airport hotel

Room was nice, breakfast was OK and was included for a small fee when booking (was more expensive if you paid at the hotel). Room could have done with a picture or two on the walls, was a bit bare. Other than that it was all good

Good value.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was close to the airport. There was a restaurant in the building. Note you have to pay a small fee $5 for parking. Good value.
