Holiday park Marina Beach is the ideal destination for a family holiday in Zeeland, the Netherlands. The park is located directly on the waters of "De Braakman". Come and enjoy the small beach/sun-batching meadow or cool down in the enclosed swimming area. There are plenty of water sports options available, such as surfing and sailing. Stroll through the nature area with Highland Cattle and the unique bird island. The park offers plenty of facilities such as a (pancake) restaurant, pizzeria, snack bar, ice cream parlour, bar, terrace, mini-golf, air cushion, sports fields, ping pong, fishing waters, marina, petting zoo, animation program in the school holidays, playgrounds and an indoor playground.


Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the restaurant.


The mobile home is perfect for a stay with 4 people, offering a touch of luxury for a comfortable vacation experience. It provides the ideal holiday feeling without the need to set up a tent or bring a lot of equipment with you.

Inside, the mobile home is fully equipped with a furnished sitting area that includes a TV and a stove for warmth. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, 4-burner stove, and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. The outdoor area is equipped with a complete garden set and an Oostappen Group parasol for shade.

The mobile home measures between 27m² and 32m², is situated on a plot of approximately 100m². It has space for 4 people and comes with electricity (6 Amps) and a parking spot. The layout consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, with one quilt and one pillow provided for each person. For colder nights, extra blankets must be brought along. The central living space has a fully furnished dining and seating area.

Additional amenities include a heater, fridge, coffee maker, TV connected to the central TV system, and a 4-hob gas stove. For families with young children, you can rent a baby bath, playpen, high chair, or crib. Outside, the mobile home features a terrace with patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

If you are bringing pets, an additional cleaning fee of €10 will be charged, in addition to a daily fee of €5 per pet. This service must be selected when booking.Requests for specific accommodations, such as houses next to each other or in a preferred location, can be made for a preference fee of €16.50. Preferences should be noted in the remarks field during booking. We will inform you as soon as possible if your request can be accommodated. If your preference is essential for your stay, please inquire before booking.A barbecue menu can be ordered on-site, which includes barbecue hire, meat, sauces, and salads (€14.95 per adult, €9.95 per child).Outside Dutch school holidays, certain facilities and services may be closed or unavailable.Each accommodation includes one parking space for a maximum of one car. Additional vehicles can be parked in the general parking area.Group bookings may be subject to additional conditions, including supervision requirements and specific house locations. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings under certain circumstances. An extra deposit may also be required.Park facilities are available from noon on your arrival day, but your accommodation will only be accessible after 3 PM. The reception is open until 10 PM on arrival days (Monday and Friday).
